Got this nice sectional at Micasa. Had a smooth transaction with them and delivers on time.

The guys were amazing, they accommodated my difficult schedule by coming in the night in the snow with my delivery. They were very professional and got the job done quickly! They Assembled the item and even offered to help me with organizing my space! Definitely will be getting more pieces of furniture here in the future!

Very bad after sales experience, No warranty even just after 4 months. Poor customer satisfaction!

The most amazing experience ever, the prices are insanely low for the quality of the product, I bought a couch from micasa and got many compliments, they delivered earlier than I expected and set up my living room, helped me with moving my furniture around as well as setting up my carpet and my TV.

Ordered a sectional couch here and Nick was very accommodating. The couch was unfortunately defective so he instantly offered us a better one and made sure that we are satisfied with our purchase! Purchased Sofa and Dinning Table from this store. Looked around in all stores but very reasonable prices here with good quality. Staff is very accommodating and helpful. I needed my order a bit faster, they managed to ship it faster as requested. Very satisfied! Will purchase more furniture in future from here.

Good friendly service. But movers damaged the sofa and love seat while trying to get it through my front door.multiple Small holes present and company refused to compensate because they were on the back.
