Found what I wanted - was asked if I needed help - store was neat and organized even with new stock being put out on shelves.

Couldn't find a paint by number for kids which was the purpose of going there which is why i rated it one star, they do have various paint by numbers but for adults not children

The prices r definitely high, and some not. I like to get my money's worth so diffently not my last place I'd shop, and the amounts of stuff wouldn't doubt you be able to find what your looking for.

I ordered some paints for curbside pick up on the app. It was super easy to navigate the app, and within an hour of placing my order I drove in to pick it up. The staff were so friendly when I called in and had my order ready in their pick up bin right away. I will definitely be coming back for my craft supplies

Always a great selection of crafts. Our go to place for children's birthday presents.
Also birthday parties.

Its 5: 25 pm on December 8th. I just got off the phone with Teagan in the Brandon store. I'm looking for Acrylic paint. I called because I looked online and couldn't find a kind of paint (brand name, or kit, etc.) that was available to buy at the store. I called to see if they could tell me what brand name they sell. This girl was Lazy. She told me to go look on the website again. Is it difficult to go look at the brand name so I have something to search? I know we are all worn out and stressed right now. But jesus get off your backside.

Took 5 hours to get my curbside pick up after placing my order. The curbside pick up shouldn't be this unorganized. I don't know if it's just this store or if they were just way too busy but it was pretty ridiculous.

The staff at the Brandon Michaels are always friendly and very helpful.

And the store is always well organized, clean and uncluttered, making shopping much easier.

The custom framing department is the only place we trust with our artwork.

And Michaels offers both Military and Teachers discounts.

Many things to find at this store, yet it was confusing to find chalkboard markers, as they weren't in the Isle I was told they were in, they were on the side cap, (end of Isle on the side), unlike the other markers. Can be a bit pricey, yet if looking for good quality and only wanting 5 for about $20, it's worth it.

Has all the crafts that my wife and daughter love. Great services and there are frequent customer coupons

Service was amazing. Trying to piece together a Christmas gift, staff took the time to help out and suggest ideas! A+

Expensive and not much variety. Their website is the worst and is impossible to search on let alone find prices on items.

Was just in the store and watched the cashier "Clara" be rude to a young woman. For no reason. The cashier "Clara" needs a serious attitude adjustment. Unprofessional and rude. I hope a manager talks to her because clearly she doesnt know how to talk to people.

I'll be honest it has a great selection of Arts supplies and crafts supplies but most of the stuff in this place is over priced. I got the flowers for my bouquet here. The flowers looked and felt real and it was awesome but close to 70$ for the bouquet alone. Wish I had a better photo of the bouquet up close. I still have it somewhere it held up pretty well. The purple started to bleed on the white flowers a little bit.

Went to get a special size of crochet hook and there were hardly any! Staff were phenomenal when assisting, though.

I do enjoy coming here. Staff are super helpful, and 98, % of the time, I'm able to find exactly what I'm looking for and exit the store within 5 minutes.

They offer a discount to many people, including military and teachers.

Great store, a lot of things to improve your crafting skills some things are little bit experience but you can find promotions if you look for them

Joy Rising in this store. So many unique things. Everything I need for my current project and inspiration for many more!

Huge store haven't been in it in years. But it was the same as when they first opened. The selection of items is amazing. Will definitely be back there more often

Sales lady was pretty abrupt. She didn't offer any to check before telling me a coupon would work but then seemed to blame me when it couldn't be applied to an "every day low price". $24.99 for a Fingerling is not a low price!
