The self checkouts are frustrating for staff and customers. These self checkouts need to go.

Love it! The shop is bigger, better layed out but still great staff and meats.never a disapointment.

I can't say much about this store. It's a craft store. Everything is everywhere! I usually have to ask staff where the items I am needing are, and for the most part, they're pretty good! It is forsure a one stop shop craft store. I wouldn't go anywhere else! Thanks Michael's!

Tins if craft items for whatever kraft your doing. They have new deals starts ever Friday and runs till Thursday every week. My wife loved the sale on all beads half price sale she bought over $600 worth and only paid half of the cost. I was amazed at the items they carry.

A big thank you again to the sales associate who walked me to my car and made sure I was safely inside when a person who was acting strangely was beside my car in the parking lot. I felt unsafe and she went out of her way to help me.

Michaels on Regent has a good selection of product with regards to canvas painting and knowledgeable staff who knows where things are located in the store.

Well stocked with lots of variety. Great selection of arts and crafts supplies with good deals on their app.

Regent Michael's is my fave one in the city. Has everything in stock and lots of Minis for dollhouses

I can spend hrs in this store and not get bored. Such a vast variety of products. And there is always that special little find.
The store is also very well laid out and very organized

This place is absolutely full of everything craft based. The merchandising is logical, neat, well marked and easy to find. Staff were great, to a person (4). Merry Christmas!

I went to purchase acrylic paint and the pack I took up cost more at the cashier who stated the paint was in the wrong spot. A store personnel apologized and said it often happened as customers put back the items in the wrong spot. She was very courteous in helping to source paint that was more economical but could do the trick just the same. Cashier was very enthusiastic and always made sure you used any membership deals available.

I deduct 2 stars for overblown prices and a few of the clueless staff. The one guy who works there is very nice.
I asked for a certain size and thickness of canvases and the girl barely understood what I was asking for. She didn't really try to help me look for them. Instead, she said they didn't have those types of canvases. I almost gave up until I tried one more spot and found them. Same with other items I'm looking for. I found the paint by numbers I've been told time and time again they do not have. As a customer you can't expect to know where everything is displayed. But the merchandise personnel should.
Other than that, it's a great art supply store. I've found craft ideas I've been wanting to get into.
Funny thing, though. They have a rewards program but the rewards are not available in Canada. They can't even tell me how much are on my account and I can't redeem them.

Staff are nice.some are not. When one is not familiar with the store and they need to find something why are they so annoyed when you ask a question.

I think I've been here over 20 times for drawing supplies, photo frames or craft ideas. I've never once been asked if I needed assistance. The prices are decent with their coupons but I never get any help. Not sure if it's because I'm a man or what. My second last visit, I was looking for orange ribbon and went up and down every single aisle except for the three in the immediate front right hand side which is all seasonal. I managed to go around the whole store down every aisle and not once was I asked if I needed help finding something. Not great customer service in my opinion, but the cashiers are friendly.

Great experience. Employees helped me find exactly what I was looking for and cleared up a misunderstanding I had with the online app and a product price. Very friendly service and I would go back again definitely.

I called first because last time I called a Michael's to see if they had a certain item they said yes so I went across the city because no one else had any. I got there and they had none. This time the item was there and it was straight in and out.

Rude employee. I politely asked an employee to open a locked marker case for me and he put up a finger and walked away, he was on his headset. He did later come back to open the case. I understand headsets are important but customers should be the priority. The other employee I talked to at the cash was very nice.

Waited 90 mins for an order & watched 15 people get theirs while we waited & they messed it up too.called them and they said it was out of stock so they refunded.great.but the employees never communicated anything to us they all just walked out here mindlessly asking who we were and what our order was.lol

Had a bad experience with them yesterday. Called to order some chirstmas cups and the lady told us she was busy and wasn't going to look for them amd that we had to wait till the pandemic was over. I then asked if we would still get the deal and she replied "nope and thats just to bad, thats the way it goes" very rude. I don't think I will be coming back here.

Went to pick up online order. The email describing what you are supposed to do didn't work. Phone call and press number 3 did not work. Look for button to press to call someone didn't exist.
Not upset with store at all however they need to update info their email they send put to customers.

Michael's is the, honest to goodness, worst. I cannot wait til Canada gets another craft store that doesn't suck.

Friendly staff who know where everything is. Need more room in the isles. The fall decorations are off the hook.

Couldn't find a couple of things I was looking for.harder yet was pinning someone down who worked there and was willing to stop and answer any questions.besides pointing to the end of their nose. One girl that worked there kind of glanced my way and kept going pretending she didn't see me or hear me.

Very poor service. You can wait in line for over 10 minutes and be the 2nd person in line. I end up leaving empty handed.

I love Michael's! If I ever need anything to create cool additions for cakes, this is the place!

Had everything I needed. Sale prices were great. Enjoyed my shopping experience. The staff are friendly and helpful. Will shop there again.

I will never go back to this location. Just went in looking for paint and thinner. Was told by the girl working that they dont sell that. I couldnt believe my ears, there is paint in almost every aisle. I asked the girl if she minded asking another employee about it. She went to the front of the store and began talking to the other girl. Ten minutes go by so i go upfront myself. When i asked the other girl if they had any luck figuring it out she has no idea what im talking about. The first girl didnt even mention the paint i was looking for instead just made it look like she was asking, just to come back and lie to me. What a bunch of greasy lazy employees. Thanks for wasting my time.

I was in the store today and had really bad experience. I had walked in with a big red value village bag and instantly the employees decided I was shoplifting. Walked by one employee who yelled out I see her then followed me to the bathroom. Then spent the majority of my shopping having him within my vicinity. Not only that but the manager signaled me out twice when there was many other customers within my area. Even was about to grab the items away from me because I had set them down as I wanted to do some calculations on my phone. Due to my anxiety disorder I left feeling like I was about to have a anxiety attack and cried as soon as I was out of the store. If this is how you treat people with mental illnesses then you need to retrain your employees. If this wasn't the closest store by bus ride I would be going to another Michael's where they know how to treat people with mental illness. I have shopped at this store many times and have never felt this humiliated before.

I highly recommend the framing Department as we have entrusted them wood framing many of our pieces of Art. This visit alone they went Above and Beyond in making our visit memorable with the work that they completed.

Lots of great stuff prices are reasonable. However its cat lady central cant blame michaels it just depressing seeing behond the curtain of where cat ladies are born.

It's an okay chain craft store, only really worth it to go when they have insane sales! Otherwise I usually go to artists emporium since their prices are better and they are more artist oriented.

I'd love to shop here but I'm aboriginal. Id probably get stopped at the door by some middle aged blonde woman who never made anything out of her life and feels so down about herself she felt she had to accuse me of being a thief to make herself feel better about her own bleak existence.

Was followed around the store and repeatedly asked if I needed assistance, when I explained that I already knew what I was shopping for and was browsing for additional brushes the employee asked to see my basket. Did not feel welcomed and was taken aback by the remarks made. Will not shop at this location again, it seems this location has problems with accusing many shoppers of stealing.

I went to buy my crafty grandmother a christmas present today. Upon entry we were confronted by a blonde woman in a red vest. She informed us that we were not not welcome to shop at this store. My partner and I are indigenous. No one else was stopped and asked to leave. We did not understand why we had to leave as it was both of our first times to ever shopping at Michael's. The woman clearly said that we "looked" like people that stole from that same morning. She did not say we were the ones who stole only that we looked like them. The store employee told us to leave the store.

Not the greatest. They are terribly expensive and they no longer sell strings of Swarovski beads. Which is awful. Guess I will be looking elsewhere.

Big store but they don't carry enough of their sale items and sell out quickly. Also doesn't carry enough variety of sizes in crochet hooks (some of their advertised projects ask for a size they don't even stock), and their clearance sales are still expensive.

Went to Michael's to pick up some crochet supplies. They have a great selection so I don't have to worry about going to multiple places to find what I'm looking for. That saves me time. Prices are decent too. They also blowout older stock so it doesn't hurt to check in store occasionally.

Great craft store.
They have a slightly used or damaged section if you speak to the staff. I got a great deal on a draft/part table for my daughter. They have everything from diddly eyed joes to dammed if I know. Just mean they have everything you need for art or thing you can put on your wall.
Great art store. Go hear for your arts and crafty needs.

Alright selection but they should really have more variety in the sense of price points. If I'm just starting a hobby I'm not going to want to spend top dollar to mess up.
