My experience was ok. In the end, I did receive all my documents for the purchase of my property, but it was only after 4 months from closing, and required numerous follow up emails. Overall, the timeliness of this firm, as well as the level of communication leave much to be desired.

I will say I found Gail to be very helpful when in person, as she answered all my questions.

We sold out house 6-7months ago now and we have been moved into our new house for 4months and still have yet to get a break down from selling our house. Have contacted them multiple times and the latest response from them was from over 3months ago saying that we should have them in the next while. Absolutely ridiculous.

Used them as they were recommended by my realestate agent. Will not use again. I have asked 4 times for a break down of funds and have been told (when I have been replied to) that they will have it "this afternoon" and never more of an explaination. I was paid out 2 months ago and still have no idea where all the money went as I have never received a break down even though I have asked repeatedly.

As for the response below, you have my email address, I have asked 4 times by EMAIL for the beakdown. Try emailing it. And 17 days after you say it was sent nothing was received by email or mail.

Michele and Gail are the rockstars of closing houses. Despite the delays from the statement of adjustments, pushing the mortgage paper work near the possession date and literally received the mortgage instructions a day before possession date, they have managed to prepare all documents and close the sale. We got the house keys on possession date itself without delay.
