I stayed here many times when in Brandon. Its affordable. Not a a lot of frills, but close to Humpty's for a restaurant and snacks at the Petro Can. You can soak in a nice tub. There is a fridge and microwave, so bring your food. Great rooms have been renovated and contemporary. No coffee or maker in rooms, but it would be nice touch if they did provide that.
There was a discrepancy in their system to refund my $200 deposit back, but the manager cleared it up quickly when I sent a screenshot of my credit card acct. Then E-transfered the deposit to me. The rooms are always clean and the beds also clean and comfy. I will return.

I just spoke on the phone with the “manager” 10 minutes ago. I did what he asked and canceled my reservation for 3 nights on an external booking site and to book for the 1 night only for the same dates that I was looking for to be sold out. I called him again and he kept repeating “you can’t, you can’t” and I expressed my dissatisfaction with his service so I requested to speak to a manager, anyone but him and he said he was the manager and refused to give me his name. Very unprofessional staff and now I have nowhere to stay for January 27 weekend.
