It’s been a month since we realized our dream of purchasing a cabin, to which we owe a great deal to Mike for his help through the process. Mike was patient with us as clients and knew we were waiting for “the one” from mortgage approval to purchase was about 9-10 months and he was very hands on throughout that time finding properties available and info on them and in frequent contact. When this cabin came up we knew we had to act quick and we booked a viewing and 2 days later saw the property and had an offer In before we left. Our purchase process wasn’t a “normal smooth” one not his fault at all, but Mike did everything in his power to ensure our nerves were calmed and everything went as planned and the plan being us getting a cabin. Mike found us the cabin of our dreams, in the location we wanted, In the condition we wanted, at the price we could afford. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better Realtor!
