Extremely unprofessional doctor, Refused to return phone calls or messages after the fact she messed up my procedure not once but twice! Said it wasn’t “ medically necessary “ to talk to me once it was done. I wouldn’t recommend this clinic at all. Unprofessional and rude

I am extremely disappointed. I have been waiting for more than an hour just to see the doctor for an appointment that was scheduled well in advance.

Amazing place, I've been seeing Dr. James and she has been very good and knowledgeable and understanding, good doctor good listener! Would recommend her.
And her receptionist jema is also awesome very nice and polite!

Dr Stephanie Johnston is a wonderful human being. She’s very respectful to the patient’s needs and feelings. She is very thorough and delivers it in a caring way. Very professional.

Excellent in-clinic service from the gynecology and obstetric team. Can be difficult to reach over the phone, and you may be unable to leave a message.

Had a great experience today! I was booked in for a consult with Dr. Klippenstein. I was about 10 min early and was taken directly into a treatment room! He was understanding of my concerns and answered all the questions I had about surgery. He was very knowledgeable and I would highly recommend him.

I found Dr. Klippenstein to be very easy going, he answered my questions throughly and explained all medical reccomendations/procedures without pressure, and seems to practice progressive medicine. His receptionist is great and they have accomodated me when I had to move appointments, and very rarely did I have to wait very long. Great experience!

Horrible they schedule you then make your wait hours and hours even for a simple drs note.no over the phone available and sit rudely speaking their isn language behind the desk, they ignored a woman for 10 minutes when she entered the room.unless you want to feel worse than before dont come here just don’t

The receptionists are horrible. I wasted my time here and didn’t even get to see the doctor. Avoid at all costs.

Edit: called for a simple confirmation email and was yelled and told that the doctor did not even want to see me because I complained about waiting. This place is a joke, the worst customer service I have ever received. I’ve never been yelled at by a receptionist before

Writing this review while waiting at the reception - it has already been 50 minutes past my scheduled appointment time yet the doctor has not seen me yet. Whenever I ask the receptionist about my turn, they keep on saying I’m next but doesn’t look like it. No update or estimated wait time was explained to me upon arrival or at the moment. Very unprofessional - almost everyone who came after me got to see a doctor but I am still waiting. This is not very professional.

No one answers the phone at the OB/GYN desk. Called numerous times before someone answered.

I have only been there once, but I will say this, the receptionists are very nice and welcoming, they don’t make you feel like you’re a burden on them. The doctor I did see was an absolute delightful person and easy to talk to. All in all I had a very good positive experience here! I completely recommend it to others:)

Great place, wonderful staff, can get busy but doctors there know their stuff. Also very diverse there for many cultures

The OB's here have waaay too many appointments booked for themselves each day, so you end up waiting over an hour past your appointment time until they catch up and can see you.

When they get to you, your appointment is super rushed. I had probably 10+ appointments here that were 5 minutes long telling me they feel my babies head. Well turns out he was breach and I had to find out the day of his birth

Then I got an IUD put in here, and got my family doctor to take a look at it. Turns out they cut the string way too short so its going to go into my cervix, and it'll be more painful to remove now.

Never going back here.

Walked in to get a blood work acquisition form. Both ladies at the front desk were so kind and helpful. Dr. Labiyaratne was so friendly and polite. He was quick but also took time and listened to my concerns. So happy I stopped in, found my new doctor!

Dr Gilbert doesn't know standardized practices and suggestions. Do your research before blindly listening to Dr's.

My first appointment was scheduled for 11: 30am and I did not see my doctor until 1: 45pm. The clinic is very dirty but the doctor was great.

Second appointment was for 9: 30am. I specifically asked if the doctor was on schedule and she had one patient ahead of me. While I was waiting someone called to see if they could be squeezed in and another walk in patient both allowed to see the doctor before my appointment. It's not likely I will waste my time here again

Show up at least an hour late for your appointment so that you only have to wait 30 minutes to see the doctor.

I saw Dr. Klippenstein and it was extremely disappointing. He barely examined me, when I discussed my concerns & symptoms his answer was "thats a tough one". I left the appointment feeling absolutely awful. See another doctor if you can, such a waste of my time.

Very long wait times, 1 hour at least even if you have an appointment. That's just to get into a room.

Much better clinic than original clinic that we were going to to see my OB! Beautiful spacey rooms, no creepy stairs, nor is there an unreliable elevator that you end up having to walk up 8 flights of stairs at 37 weeks pregnant to get to your doctor. Although the parking situation is horrible!

Pathetic in terms of booking appointments. Always wait 30-40 min before the appt. What’s the point of an appointment if u guys have to make us wait that long. Parking is never available.

Dr. Klippenstein was the best doctor. He was the most caring and always do extra care for his patients and best thing is, he doesn’t rush at all. Definitely i would take him in my other pregnancy too….

Initially i had doctor schutt and she was the worstttt doctor for my pregnancy, as she never went through any concerns and tests, moreover, she was the most rude doctor ever i saw. Even she was soo dumb that she forgets to recommend important blood tests to do for pregnancy, she does only when patient reminds her, but every patient is not a doctor byself that we would guide her. Even she scares people that if they would change doctor, then tells that she is aware and she doesnt care what people say. Even i was having dibeties in my pregnancy but that dumb doctor says you are okay everytime, because she knows it was already eighth month passed and she doesn’t want to do anything. She only do weight check during her visits and thats all! Neither she wants to listen, nor she wants to tell!
Thankfully to doctor klippenstein who took extra care of me in that critical situation and she appointed dietebic nurse michelle too to do extra care, and just because of him i had a healthy baby.may God bless to doctor klippenstein who not only listens, but also asks what patient requires.i strongly recommend him…
but please do not not take vivian schutt if you want to be a happy mother and need a healthy and a happy baby.as she seems tired everytime, so hopefully she must get retire now

It's usually quite a wait but there a friendly staff, Dr. Labiratyne is an awesome doctor, I'd refer him to any of my family or friends.

They canceled my covid appointment 4 hours before I was suppose to get it. The reason was there were not enough people to justify opening the vaccine bottle. How come they did not realise this the day before my appointment? For a medical clinic I believe they should be better organized and more informative.

Staff are friendly enough. I have not waited less than an hour for a scheduled appointment. The last time I was here the last in front of me was here to see the same doctor at the same time as I was scheduled. This time I am filling out this review an hour after my scheduled appointment while sitting in the waiting room. I got in to the consultation room an hour and 10 minutes after the scheduled time and then waited an additional 25 mins for the Dr to show up. I appreciate the doctor will enough, I just question the intake and booking times especially for those that are on a time crunch for work

Dr. Klippenstein is an excellent OB who really makes an effort to remember small details and offers really exceptional, honest, supportive patient care. Every interaction with the front desk staff at Millennium was wonderful, they also go the extra mile to be helpful and kind.
This is really the top standard of medical care that everyone should have access to.

Terrible experience, it was my first time here and the behaviour of doctor was offensive and not good at all, forgot the name of doctor but as he was telling a lot about him he said he is from Siri Lanka. Will never go there. He was not having common sense that how to talk with patients.

I visited Dr Vivian Schutt. Excellent C19 protocol. Helpful & friendly staff. Dr. Schutt is very helpful and professional & smart. I'm very happy she's my doctor.

Great staff, everyone is always friendly. The best thing is that they can deliver my medication across the city for free!

I found this clinic 7 years ago through a friends reccomendation. I had preferred to go to walk-in clinics over most family doctors as I had not had a satisfactory experience prior. However I cannot reccomend this clinic enough.
Extremely friendly staff, doctors are personable and have taken the time to get to know me and my health concerns individually.

Hands down the best pharmacy in Winnipeg because they deliver your prescription to your address. Why aren’t all pharmacies doing it already?

I had my prescription filled at this pharmacy over the phone and it was easy and fast. I’ll definitely get my prescription from them again.

Great medical centre. I’ve been with my family doctor here for a long time, the other doctors, surgeon, and psychologist are also all great, plus there’s a pharmacy. Front staff are very kind!

Easily my go to pharmacy because they home deliver my medication with fast shipping. Ordering over the phone is easy too. No more leaving home for refills.

My family Dr refereed me to Dr. Okorafor (Psychiatrist). Usually seeing specialists takes so long and it was so necessary for me to see this Dr. Just few days ago I had a bad panic attack and I was very glad that my appointment is this Thursday and I can disclose my issues with the Dr. I waited for two months and today in the morning I received a call that I confirm my appointment for tomorrow and I did. Just an hour after they called and said Dr has canceled my appointment! You must imagine the frustration that I went through. This is so unfair to wait for so long and as easy as like that they canceled my appointment. I explained to the receptionist that It is urgent for me to see the Dr as I had a very bad panic attack and I may need Dr note for my work to be able to go on a stress leave. This Dr seemed not to care at all and said I have to wait another 2 months. I myself am an engineer, as a professional public safety is my number 1 priority how this Dr is so careless about his patience is so unprofessional.

What’s the point of making an appointment if I’m just gonna sit and wait for an hour? This is why people hate our healthcare system.

Pretty sure they don’t understand what appointments are, make sure you don’t have plans for the entire day if you’re going to go here

Just now I've been waiting an hour to get in, I booked this appointment over a week ago. I don't understand why they book things so tightly. I see patients for a living, it's really easy, for every 4 patients you book 1 slot off. If you are running late it gives you a chance to catch up, if you are on time you can GO PEE or have a coffee, or not feel like your day is horribly rushed. Yes, you might loss some money, so what, it's not like they make such little money. Boundaries with your work helps others and helps you. And now they just told me that it was my fault because I has 4 mins late. Really?

Long waiting time. Always feel like the appointment is rushed. Doctors never hear you out and always interrupt.
