Miller's Super Valu Meats

This would have been 5 stars, but for the fact that I have been buying meat packages here for years and something has changed. Not for the better. This time the chicken breasts and pork chops were basically half the size and the price did not reflect this change. I’m ok paying more when costs increase. Just don’t charge me the same for what I have always purchased and give me less. Very disappointing. Looking into other meat package suppliers.

Scanning Code of Practice - breaking the law. I was in Miller's meats on Grant today purchasing some meat. I seen a small stick of Chorizo marked at $0.40 so I told the clerk I wanted to buy that piece of Chorizo, he took it and changed the price to ove $9. I told him as it was priced already we should be able to purchase at the price advertised on the piece on meat. He refused, it is bad enough that grocery are over priced as it is to have business's not following Scanning Coxe of Practice which is legally enforced. Not impressed with the un proffessionalism of this establishment especially when we buy majority of pur meats from them. Maybe will have to think twice before going back.

We met Shawn and he explained the different rubs they have for the meats. We got a black tip Tri Tip roast. It was extremely tasty. He gave us great advise. The entire store was nice and all the staff were friendly.

What happened to the garlic in the course sausage! Years ago it was a treat to get, because of all the garlic. Really disappointed.

Great quality meats but honestly very hit and miss. I feel very nervous sometimes and almost feel like I would be bothering the staff when I ask for something cut that is not in the showcases, their reactions r hit and miss.
