I was given the wrong items, and i hit tap w/o payiling attention. I realized the error, asked for it to be refunded, and got the right items. He cancelled the refund and said he cancelled original transaction (employee was confused, he wasn't trying to rip me off).

Today i called the manager, sent him the receipts. He went to the storr to check, and called me to let me know he verified the mistake, how did i want my money back? He promptly sent an e-transfer.

Having been in management a long time, i appreciate that type of msnager. Very polite.

Need to increase tap amount a lot higher. $100? Thats barely 75% of a tank. Increase to $200 now with inflation. Tap is useful during winter.
