Would not recommend.

The employees are decent; overall quality of products, services and repair communications found consistently underperforming.

I've been using services from mobile care since 2018.
The level of experience, customer service and professionalism is outstanding. The pricing is great and you won't be charged for items that don't need replacing.

If your phone is faulty, take it to mobile care polopark mall
~ there is no substitute.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had. The owner has so much attitude and he is absolutely rude with his own workers. I could see the employee getting pale blue after the owner talked with him in a rude way. He owns like couple of shops in polo park and the way he talks and his verbal communication really is intimidating and insulting. He thinks he owns the entire polo park or something. Such a ridiculous person I have ever met in my life. I would pay more to someone who has respect to the customers and even with their own employees but never will I ever do the business with such a person.
I met with someone at the other shop and one of the employees there was telling me that he left working for this shop just because of his ridiculous behaviour with the employees. I didn’t even talk with him after observing his negative behaviour. Absolutely not recommending this shop. Go there if you want to get disrespected for cheap prices on used stuff.

They ended up breaking my speakers when they were changing my screen now I'm paying more to get it fixed properly worst experience ever!

I've had 2 phones repaired in the last couple of months. Excellent service, quick turn around and great price.

*EDIT* I showed the sales representative my receipts & there was NO damage done to the phone after this"so-called repair".
This place is the worst! I brought my sons phone here to get the screen replaced and paid just under $500 and a month later the screen went black and wouldn't work. The phone turns on and everything, but the screen is just black. So we brought it back to Mobile Care, thinking they would be a little more helpful, because this is where we brought it in the first place to get "fixed". They told us there is no guarantee when you bring a phone here to get fixed. Instead they wanted me to pay $900 for a "newer" phone. They're not at all helpful, they just want your money.
I would recommend going to Mobile Klink, at least there they offer a lifetime guarantee on the items they are replacing.

If you get anything from this place try it in store! There all con's an know it am don't care! They will smile in your face an try an get you to buy something else.

Don’t bother buying anything here. No statement of no refund exchange only when I checked out. Salesperson was way too rude and wouldn’t listen to what I’m looking for. Extremely ignorant about what products are in the market right now, insisting them selling the ONLY type of “full screen” protector when he doesn’t even actually know what’s a full screen protector is.

This location always offers exceptional service. Very professional staff. I’ve had a great experience buying as well as repairing my gadgets. They have genuine and authentic products and accessories. Highly recommend this place to others.

I don’t know how this business operates at polo park when they’re taking advantage of their customers and scamming people out of their hard earned møney. Horrible customer service, horrible business. I experienced it first hand, heard other peoples stories about this place and based on their replies to their customers’ reviews, you can tell they really don’t care because they’re getting away with ripping people off. Amazing customer service. I fixed my samsung s10 phone here in 30 minutes and later they provided me with a free premium screen protector and a 1 year warranty on it. Highly recommended reasonable and affordable place to visit.

I had went there to get my iphone battery replaced but he had talked me into just trading it in for a new one. I wanted the iphone 8 which i was planning to get but he talked me into getting an LG stylo 6 he was very pushy about buying it, he told me it was brand new and there was zero damage but when I had gotten home I had noticed there was previous messages and alarms as well as the phone was slow and lagged. Im 14 and had spent money i saved on this phone now im stuck with it an unable to get another one, I didnt even want this phone in the first place.

I had my iphone 11 screen repaired here, reasonable price and amazing service. The associate Ashish was really friendly, he walked me through everything and explained me every question i had. I would definitely recommend this place for future.

Very sly, as he fixed my glass protector, he took my reciept and did a bad job with my glass. Waste of my money as he already took my reciept! Now he said I need the reciept. Sly.

I bought a Iphone 11 pro max cover and the cover got swollen from the sides I went back to tell them after a week. The guy over there was very rude and its not only about being rude. I dont care about $25. You should know how to do business and I will never recommend you guys as most of my friends go there. Learn how to speak then do business.

I brought my wife’s phone in for a repair. Although he needed to do it again because the first repair resulted in a spot on the screen, he quickly fixed it. The screen bricked out from a new problem and he repaired it free of charge. I found him to be honest. Recommend!
