Brought my phone in because i was told over the phone that my repair would be 400$+ and take about two hours to get fixed. Little did i know that it was instead a 500$ charge plus it took two weeks just for a screen replacement.then also it was hard to understand the people at the front desk both when i dropped off and picked up my phone. Also the warranty is confusing, They day your covered for up to a year unless its water or physical damage? So what exactly are you covering.

Wonderful. I was able to pick up my laptop within 24 hours and was even shown by Krunel how to do it myself to save money next time. 5 star service!

I and a friend purchased new phones from the Mobile tech lab in st. Vital We appreciated mohamad's time in listening to what we used the phone for and the features that we wanted. Did not try to sell us phones that were beyond our use and interest. Excellent customer service.

I took my LG phone there because my network signal was is very weak they ran some kind of test on it and they figured it was the charging Port.so I had them change the charging port it brought the signal up a small fraction but not nearly where it should be, my signal is still very weak.my phone and my husband's phone are both on the same service where he has a full signal and I'm lucky if it shows two bars on mine.we were both out in a small town south of Winnipeg near the u.s. Border.my husband's phone had good phone service and a good signal where my LG had no service at all.below is a picture of each of our with us sitting in the same.

Just got home from Mexico and discovered an issue with an IPhone 10 we had taken down. Could not get the the charger cord to connect with the phone to recharge. Needed to get something done immediately as we were headed away in a couple of days during Easter. Took the phone in and the guys immediately looked at the phone and diagnosed the problem as sand inside the charger port in the phone. On the spot he cleaned it and checked the connection and we were on our way in 15 minutes. This is the type of service that we all wish we could get everywhere and is sorely missing. Kudos to the staff and will use and recommend them for any issues down the road. Thanks!

Excellent service from Tanvin. Walked out feeling like we had new phones. My wife and I had new screen protectors installed, new cases and I had my screen replaced. Reasonable cost and great service. I’d recommend.

The screen of my ipad pro was cracked the other day, firstly I wanted to drop by genius bar at Polo Park but then I realized that I don't have Apple care so that's gonna cost me a fortune. Then I decided to visit this store and ask the price of getting it repaired. It only took me like 4 days for them to order a new screen for me and get it replaced. Tomi was such a warm and friendly lady and she helped me with the final reparing process, I was kinda pushy cuz I need my ipad like really bad, but she and her colleagues managed to make it happen in one day. I'll give a solid 5 star and recommend this place to my friends.

Came to get a cracked IPhone camera replaced. We were called by the business a few hours later that the phone was fixed. When we came to pick it up an hour later, the camera lens was replaced but we noticed the camera was blurry on 2 of the 3 zoom functions. This seems like something the technician should have picked up on or confirmed that the camera worked before calling us to pick it up. He implied that it may have been broken prior to us dropping off the phone however he went through the phone’s function and condition with us prior to dropping it off. The zoom function was not blurry when we left it with him. He suggested we come back in a few days so they can order a different lens or camera. This location is nowhere close to us and we were without a phone for hours which is extremely inconvenient. We came here because of the great reviews however this experience was nowhere near ideal.

Customer service reps Tomi and Tanvin are a great team. Both of them are exceptionally good at their job. Very helpful.

Would recommend even with a tablet that was already messed with trying to fix they managed to fix it even through all the issues it had

I dropped my S20 Ultra on a water basin. Mobile Tech Lab brought my phone back to life. They were upfront with the possibility of the phone not
being usable anymore depending on the damage but I'm glad I took the risk with them. Their staff was also very friendly.

Hopefully, I won't need to drop by for a repair anytime soon but I'll definitely be coming back to them next time if I do.

I asked them to change the battery of my Samsung smartphone and it took from them only two hous: one for instalation and another one for testing the new battery. They gave my iPhone device to use and make my calls during this two hours.

I brought in a Macbook Pro in that had a backlight problem- but was in good working order except for that issue. It was worked on for three months by them with almost no communication to me about what was going on. It was returned to me with weird gunk all over it, then again with the battery not reading or engaging and then again with "the battery not usable anymore" after 3 days at home my laptop is completely ruined and wont even turn on or charge. I was not given a replacement laptop or an apology. I wish I had never brought it in because now I am out a laptop.

If you want your phone to be fixed. This is the right place to go. My Iphone x stuck on apple logo loop. Apple store told me that I need a new phone, but Mobile Tech got it up and running with no time. Thank you.

This is kind of a weird review. So I had my iPhone 8+ battery replaced with a extended capacity battery for the quoted price which was nice. The battery was replaced and they showed me it was at 100% health, when I got home I noticed the camera was blurry, front and back, and the screen had what looked like water marks or dark spots, i gave them a call and Zach told me to bring it in and he’ll take a look at it and fix it for free, they fixed the water marks and supposedly the cameras, I left and half way back home I opened the cameras and the back one was great but the but the front camera wouldn’t open on any apps. I brought it right back and they took a look at it and were very calm and polite about it, they did offer me an iPhone X as a loner while they worked on it for the next 2 days. Zach called me in and asked if it was alright to reset my phone in case they had to, which I appreciated very much. Later Zach informed me that they couldn’t fix the phone that was originally just getting a new battery, they said they would happily replace my phone with another of the same model. So I agreed to take the new phone and unfortunately it was a white iPhone even tho I traded my black one, not a big deal but just would have been nice. A few days of using the replacement phone they gave me it started acting up, the screen was glitching, and after some research it discovered something called “Ghost touch’s” were happening, it’s where your phone randomly taps spots on the screen, it was extremely frustrating trying to work with this phone, so I lost my cool and called the St Vital location and got upset with Zach which he didn’t deserve, it wasn’t his fault and they all did their best to get me with a working phone but I feel luck wasn’t on their side. He apologized for the issues. We got onto the topic of why I needed this iPhone 8 fixed when I have a working IPhone X with me all the time, I told him that my X was IMEI device banned from Snapchat due to some activity I can’t get into. Once he knew that’s the reason I needed this older phone working he told me if I brought it my 8+ and the banned X he would just give me a brand new iPhone X in exchange, I didn’t hesitate to accept that offer even tho technically I was just giving them my 8+ for nothing and trading that X, but at this point I was too frustrated to argue so I accepted his offer, it’s been a few hours with this phone and I know it’ll be fine for a long time as I used the same one for 2 days as a loner. So in conclusion, I would give MobileTechLab a 5/5 for customer service as it was amazing the way they were understanding and polite the whole way through, especially Zach, and a solid 2/5 for quality of service, with an average of 3/5. I’m not saying don’t go to these guys because I will likely be here again if I have any issues with this phone because the prices can’t be beat, and the staff are very kind, but just for anyone who is unsure about their services, it’s worth it, I would just go through the phone before you leave, things like cameras, buttons, screen, and they show you before you leave but if not the battery.

Took my iPod touch 6 in to the St. Vital location for a battery replacement. Some minor glitches in the process led to a hardware problem, but the owner Zac and his team rectified the issue and the whole experience was very satisfactory! Subsequently, I have used their services for a similar job on my wife’s iPod as well!
Looking forward to dealing with this great group in the future!

I had my iPhone 7 Battery replaced. The service was excellent and was completed within an hour. He completed a diagnostic test and all was well. Much cheaper than replacing my phone. I would highly recommend.

Zach and his co-workers did a very good job with the screen replacement. They offered battery replacement and screen protector also, but it didn't feel like a high pressure sales job. I will remember them for battery issues, as well as just broken screens - seems like they can handle everything. Good work, guys!

My cell phone needed a look because the audio on the phone was "garbled" so was unusable as a telephone. I found Mobile Tech Lab on the internet so I went to their store on Dakota street. It was September 30 and a new statutory holiday that I forgotten about. Feeling frustrated I phoned them just to be sure. Well, to my surprise a very nice young man offered to come, open up his store to look at my cell phone. Turns out it was a build up of crud in the ear piece. He cleaned it out and it now works perfectly! He even gave me the tool to use if it happens again. I offered to pay him but he refused.
I'd recommend this store to everyone especially senior citizens and other pensioners.

Being in the blue collar sector my phone is constantly subjected to trauma. I Noticed that I had a pretty nasty crack on the back glass and my charging port was not connecting properly. I went to a few places in the area to get some quotes and was disappointed that to get my phone fixed I had to be on their schedule. Mobile tech labs was my saving grace, they are punctual, attentive to details and provided awesome customer service. Needless to say they made a customer for life. Keep up the awesome work!

Can't say enough about how impressed I was with this business! I had an issue with my iPhone 8 - front camera wasn't working, sensor wasn't working and battery wasn't as strong as it used to be. Originally I called my phone provider for an upgrade but they've changed the way things work just recently and now upgrading phones isn't cheap anymore so I decided to call Mobile Tech Lab on Dakota and I am super glad I did! The young professional that I spoke to managed to get my phone repaired by the technician in just over an hour and had it done the same afternoon. She was extremely honest and courteous and should be commended! The technician fixed my phone and it is like new and I thank him as well! I highly recommend utilizing this business if you have issues with your device as it saved me a substantial amount of money! Thank you very much to all the staff that assisted me!
