If I could give no stars I would. The older east Indian lady was absolutely rude and told me “how is it this difficult for me to understand when signing the forms there” while she was on the phone with another customer. I was trying to tell her I didn’t want to interrupt her so I signed where it says initials and signature she kept telling me “how could I not understand to sign a proper forms” she kept saying that and shaking her head. I felt completely embarrassed with other customers there. I walked away and said have a nice day and left. I hope you find trained people with better customer service. That is all

The beautiful mareis are quick concise and personable. They are not afraid to tell you yes or no but they do it with respect. Ola.

The staff and management at this store are always welcoming and accommodating as much as they can be, I literally go out of my way just to go to this store because of how great the ladies are at this location. It's worth my drive always!

Waited for 24mins in line.and waited for 30mins processing.and yet the money didnt received in time.after 2 days the money still not there.and when i came in the store to ask western said its 3-5business days.which is supposed to be inform it to the client or customer before you process it.what if the money is for emergency and need it right away.at least if agent inform me that its 3-5 business days process i will cancel or i will choose the in minutes process.if there is a 0 star or below in this rate.i will give that based in my experience 2 days ago

Had an good experience dealing with Money Mart - McPhillips today. I made a mistake on a document that could have cost some money but customer service was able to correct it with WU me.

It was busy but they still maintain to be calm and friendly. I appreciate their smile and the service. Efficient, helpful, and professional staff. Thank you!

Ive never had a problem with the ladys who work there, sometimes things occur that isnt in their control but whenever I needed assistance they were always accomodating.

Always a pleasant experience coming to this location. As you enter the door staff are ready to greet you with a friendly smile. They always treat me with a professionalism that makes you feel you are an important customer no matter how big or small your transaction may be. I have been dealing with this location since about 2012. They may not be perfect 100% of the time but with the time that i had issues with a specific transfer management was on my case in overtime to resolve it and kept me updated on its status. It made me feel important and valued as a customer and with that experience i am truly grateful.
