Took legit 45 mins trying to contact head office with my cheque, and nothing happened ended up leaving with the cheque after waiting that long and to top it off the lady was an absolute inconsiderate sloth of a human who was more interested in her own affairs then any of mine! The customer is always right is no longer a true fact! Absolutely disgisted

I enjoy getting a loan from here! This is my second time getting a loan and they are very helpful. I was able to ask them to give me a one-time opportunity to miss a loan payment and they helped me. Today, i worked with Navneet to help me do a top-up on my loan and she was so kind and helpful to me and they accidentally debited money from a wrong account and she instantly fixed that. I got the loan instantly and no issues. I love how getting loan is fast and easy here. Recommended
