Took in the Wednesday night All-You-Can-Eat Ribs. The ribs were great, our waiter Raj was excellent, and he kept them coming as fast as our group wanted.

In terms of value for the price ($33.49), you have to eat a fair bit of ribs to get your money's worth. I suspect the restaurant wins with most customers.

The atmosphere was okay, although the security guard patrolling the dining area and the kid screaming in the booth next to us did detract from the evening a bit.

Tonight was our first time at Montana’s celebrating my son’s birthday; it was amazing. Our server Raj provided top class service. He was very polite, friendly and made excellent menu suggestions. Top notch service. Will definitely be back

Ordered through Uber eats at 10: 40pm on Saturday. It's now 11: 56 and no food was ever delivered with the restaurant now closed. Spent 81.00! My order is still pending a driver. Don't think I'll see my order tonight.

If I could make this a negative rating I would. Ordered through Skip. After an hour and a half, I was told it would still be another hour plus for delivery. I understand that restaurants are busy at times, and that Skip orders are probably not their first priority. But if you're going to take 2 and a half (or more) hours to make a rack of ribs, maybe you shouldn't be accepting Skip orders. Canceled our order through Skip, and will never again order from or visit this obviously mis managed Montana's location.

Won't be returning. A very quiet Friday with few patrons and more than enough staff. I ordered a steak dinner and received it undercooked. Surprised we weren't ask upon receiving it to check it first. I had to call our Server over to advise and he said he would order up another and left the plate. Several minutes later he returned to collect the uneaten steak to apparently "prove" that it was undercooked. What? So I was left to eat my baked potato and vegetables. Most places would have taken my entire plate and brought back a fresh one. A lot of time past, enough for me to finish my sides and my partner to finish his meal and finally a new steak was produced. Didn't enjoy eating the steak without anything to accompany it. Also surprised a Manager did not come by the table to offer an apology etc, no compensation was offered and this meal was at "Keg" prices. Not impressed at all for what we paid. Just no attention to detail.

Love going to montanas with my family! It's got great kid's menu as well appetizer menu. Steak and ribs are delicious and their shrimp appetizer is to die for! Decent burgers too!

Good easy family place, yummy appetizers but it came to the table at a kinda luke warm temperature. Server was nice and efficient.

Everything from the food, staff and accomodations were great. It was the first time I've eaten in at for a long while so I was glad I chose Montana's.

I love Montana’s, unfortunately after finally being able to eat at restaurants again I was so disappointed. I ordered my favorite firecracker burger and the bottom of the bun was as hard and dry as a cruton. No problem I just asked for another one. It took a long time for it to arrive of course my friends food is gone and now they have to watch me eat. I asked for a refill on my drink but the waitress forgot twice and didnt get it until after I paid. But.when I did pay the meal should have been free because of my scene points I was asked to put my card number in the machine but it didn't work because I used the wrong card. I paid for my meal and was disappointed. I then realized my error and showed the waitress the correct card but she just said "maybe next time" she could have refunded my order and did it again with the card but she wanted nothing to do with it. I usually never complain but this was horrible from start to finish. Well the fies were ok.

Update: received call from manager. Was very nice. Tried a round 2.it was exactly how montanas should be! Great service great food! Previous time had to be just a bad night for someone!

Service was great. But food is just horrible now.used to be amazing! Can't cook a steak either sadly.dont recommend at all.

Had steak and poutine with beans. Can't mess up beans.poutine gravy was cold and bland. Fries were cold. For both me and wife.the steak ordered medium and came out full well done. Dry and no flavor. Wife's steak was cold but made right.
100 buck meal was not worth it

Food was good like always but we were extremely disappointed in the waitress! She was quite frankly extremely grumpy and upset for some reason! Although we tried as well as we could to be friendly to her! I will not be returning to this location again.

Disgusting. Advertised as fresh cooked ground beef hamburger which it was not. From placing order to table delivery was approx. 4-5 minutes. Meat was thin, not juicy and lukewarm. Lettuce wilted. Fries.under half were doable, but most were burnt pieces and cold. My wife's pulled pork was dry and lukewarm, fries same as mine. Ugh, not recommended

After being told we couldn't sit together, even though I explained we just hadn't been able to update our ID. We were offered takeout, being from out of town, (which I also explained) we were offered takeout. Not really car food!

Terrible service, ok food. The waitress was rude and abrupt. She messed up my bill and snapped at me repeatedly when I asked her about it. Her appearance was not particularly professional either. I brought my daughter out for a dad/daughter date and we both left wide eyed at how poor the service was. Her steak was done perfectly but my food was cold and had been sitting for some time. Over all, I was shocked at how poorly we were treated. Especially considering now when businesses need every customer they can get. As far as I could tell, we were her only table too, it was definitely not busy so I'm not sure why we were treated this way and why my food had to be cold.

The 7oz sirloin was amazing and the onion rings were incredible! The loaded baked potato wasn't anything special. Good food, decent price. I'd visit again.

Excellent customer service, server was extremely pleasant, very attentive. Good prices, very nice portions, following all the covid-19 rules.

Went tonight. Good, fast, friendly service. Good food. Wings are half off on Mondays but didn't order them because there flavour section was extremely small, if I remember correctly 6?

Was there last night for a bday. First I walked in they miss placed the reservation. Then told us it was happy hour till 6pm so ordered a pitcher of beer then after 6pm told us we couldn't do that. Then we all ordered and food was coming out then told my sis in law she couldn't have chicken cause it had dairy in it. Why wait till the food was coming out! Then a few of us ordered steak and they forget the topping on my steak and messed up the steaks which I ordered rare and others ordered medium. They left them and gave us new steaks but came out when we were all done eatting. Not even a discount on the bill. The waitress was polite but she even said this has happened before with the kitchen. If it's a problem fix the staff in the kitchen. Horrible!

The front of house was great and food presentation was good. My issue was with my firecracker burger, It was too dry. There were a lot of dry ingredients in the burger itself. Apart from that, not bad.

Great experience. Arrived and was told 20 minite wait. 5 minutes later we were sitting at a table. My nephew order the ooey gooey grilled cheese and I ordered the smokehouse wrap. Our waitress was super friendly and energetic to make our meals a delight and perfect. My wrap was one of the best wraps I've ever had at a restaurant. My nephew loved his sandwich and fries. I have and will forever highly recommend here for a great environment and food

When going there for a birthday, and asking if you wanted to wear their ridiculous antlers and sing for you, and you say no but they do it anyways. Extremely embarrassing and completely ruined the experience. Not something I wanted to happen for an over $100 meal.

Staff are passion, always come to make sure you are ok with everything. Nice with all smiling faces. The service is more than good. I will definitely come back again.

Montana's rarely disappoints. Good food, friendly services. Whrn issues arrise they tend to them quickly.

Food took way too long to come to the table after waiting half an hour to be seated. The hostess was very slow with resetting tables. House salad was rather plain, but the smokehouse wrap was delicious. Everything seemed very slow tonight, which made it drag and not very enjoyable when you're hungry and have a one year old.

Service was great, guys from the office have come here twice for dinner and it's been good. Yesterday the meal was good, but the ribs weren't really fall off the bone. Little dry but still good ribs and the wings are a great starter.

I would recommend if you want some BBQ.

I never get disappointed with their ribs. Prices are generally reasonable for most of the food on the menu and the service is great too

The food was good had some nachos they were okay nothing amazing but had a good atmosphere and the staff were great.

I like Montana's. Though uncelebrated, I find they have some of the best chicken wings in the city and their Kapow sauce is to die for.

Tonight was an anomaly. After a very long day, my wife and I hadn't eaten out (other than fast food) in a while and decided to treat ourselves. We both ordered beef ribs, chicken wings and their chippers.

The waitress was very friendly and very prompt, but when the food came, literally everything on our plates was overcooked and very, very dry. Not burned, or so overdone that I would obviously send it back, but enough that it really was not enjoyable.

With the aid of a lot of extra sauce, my wife and I ate about halfway through our meals before we decided we were done.

I'm not normally one to complain unless something really egregious happens, but I let the waitress know I wasn't happy.

I probably should have said something at first, but I am glad I did before leaving because the waitress and then Manager really did try and make it right. They ended up offering us a deal that I was very satisfied with.

So: Service is always excellent, in my experience, and as tonight proved, even when things aren't ideal, they step up. Top Marks. Food is normally excellent, though I guess not everyone gets it right 100% of the time.

As I said, they redeemed the evening and because of the service, I will be back. I would still recommend to others as well.

Me and my wife actually ordered Montana's through Uber Eats. Everything seemed ok at first, but then we decided to track the order, we saw the driver who was supposed to pick up our order start driving farther and farther away from the restaurant. When we contacted Uber, they were no help. Our food was sitting at the restaurant, getting cold, while waiting to be picked up. We contacted Montana's and they were also upset with Uber Eats. I spoke the the manager, Samantha, and she felt so bad for us. In the end, we just bypassed Uber Eats and went to go get it ourselves after 45 mins of waiting for our food. She told the kitchen to remake our meal cause she didn't want us to have cold food. Even though Uber Eats ruined things for us, Samantha and her staff made things right. Even for customers who didn't come in their restaurant. Next time we will be coming in so the restaurant and giving them our business directly.

Food was good. My partner had the all-you-can-eat ribs and he enjoyed it but the waitress was rude and got mad at me for eating his potatoes. "No sharing" she said. Didnt think I'd get in trouble for eating the potatoes, which are not all-you-can-eat. Also, for some reason there were tons of flies in the washrooms.

July 14th 2019 - Took my family to Montana's Regent. The draft beer was flat, tasted awful. Piss on the bathroom floor (a lot). I ordered Rib's & Wings after eating 2 ribs, I was on my second wing. I noticed a little wormy like fruit fly bug rolling around on the sauce on my wing. We showed the waitress immediately, our waitress showed the manager & returned. The waitress said "Oh it is just a bar fly, would you like us to make you a fresh plate? " I lost my appetite. As she noticed my family was all disgusted, she knocked off my girfriends & my meal. My bill was still $66. I paid & left. This place needs better management & cleaning! I run a local business, this is unacceptable!

I've been here a couple of times and had the same waitress. Service has been great both times and the food has been delicious as well. I had two different meals with chicken and it was cooked to perfection each time. Good portions for the price.

Great spot to eat, especially since Fionne's closed next door.

Server didn't do stop bys (quality) checks often.
Me and my girlfriend both order steak dinners and not one of the staffs mamager or servers asked if it was good or cooked the way we had asked for it to be cooked.
Server made us feel rushed.
Had to ask others for refills on the drinks.

Service horrible order drink don't receive it on multiple ppl multiple times food not the best came cold missing stuff that was part of meal

Was quite disapointed with the ribs. They were a overcooked and chewy, and certainly not what I would expect from a world class franchise like montanas.maybe it was an off-night, but I don't see myself ordering from this restaurant any time soon.

Wife and I just needed a snack or a little to eat. I order a salad steak combo and they split the meal just perfect.it was awesome and delicious

Pretty good food at somewhat decent prices. Friendly servers, great decor, and fun kid-friendly details like a big sheet of paper as a table cloth to doodle on, and cute moose themed hats. Crowd pleaser!

I came here after work for a couple beers. I hadn't been in several years and am now wondering why. The atmosphere is good, the food is good and the beer pricing is on par with similar restaurants.

Will try not to take so long to return.

Montana's is fine. We go there reasonably often because it's fast and convenient. The food is fine; however, not always necessarily homemade.

The food is fantastic for a reasonable price. The Regent location has a great atmosphere. I always enjoy my time at Montana's!

Food was tasty and warm. Service was terrible. After getting our food waitress didnt check on us or ask if we were done for an hour. Wasn't busy in there either as we went mid afternoon

Food was ok as normal with Montana's but our server Dan was amazing! I love a server that treats the kids so well, makes taking them out so much easier and fun! Thank you so much Dan for doing an amazing job!
