Had amazing service. I had no idea they tailor pants and press shirts on site, at no extra cost.

We were recently here shopping for a new suit, all the workers were just standing at one table talking in their language and laughing out loud. Not one of them asked us if we needed help, not one of them welcomed us or told us to have a nice day. By far some of the worst service we’ve ever had very disappointed.

Had to rent a suit for a wedding here after multiple fittings and measurements still ended up with a suit that didn't fit properly to due time shortages was faced with either accepting the I'll fitting suit or backing out of the wedding party the day before.

The shoes were so bad that everyone who had rented a suit for the wedding party swapped to either barefoot or w/e they could find the second the ceremony ended. It was unaniomous among they've of us that they werevthe worst shoes weve ever wornI can honestly say I've walked on Lego that was more comfortable than what was provided by the rental.

Good service in store, decent prices.
Don’t expect them to call you when your suit is in… or when the alterations are done. Very poor communication.

The madison square location is my number one stop for business/formal wear. Best selection in the city and great staff. Recently went in for an exchange on two shirts, depending on the brand/fit I can be a half size either way on the sleeve and they were a bit too short. Had my receipt but no tags, they didn't even bat an eye and helped me find a size up. I was in and out no hassle. A+

Today I went inside this store for the first time and I liked the very good customer service and the big assortment of suits.
For good quality and a good look I'm happily willing to spend my money for.

Update after 4 years. Still like to come back and get myself some outfits. Nothing has changed in my expierence when it comes to quality and service. They take the time to explain and answer all questions. I brought also a couple pants for alterations. Changes as I want and needed. Thank you team!

Useless staff. Came, asked a question for my partner who's looking for a suit to be a groomsman. The woman who greeted us basically said "oh no sorry. " and did not offer any help at all. Literally terrible.

Moores Polo Park, what the heck happened! Worst experience I've ever had buying a suit. First appointment they schedule us on a day they are closed. Whole wedding party shows, store is closed. Second appointment they double book us with another wedding party only one guy on staff.takes roughly 3 hours.third show, everyone tries on their pants and half of them dont fit! How do you butcher the sizing so bad you cant even do up the buttons on multiple different orders? All the pants get re-ordered. 4th visit.week before wedding no one from moores has called. I call them, pants are in. Go to pickup my pants, and they've lost the suit jacket. Go next door for lunch while they search.come back still can't find it. Tell me they will call tomorrow. Tomorrow comes around no call. I call them, the manager who was going to look for it isn't even working that day, so no-one is looking for it. Tell them I NEED THE JACKET, as the wedding is that weekend. They'll look again. 5th visit get my jacket (they finally found it), no bags for the jacket. Pay $500 dollars for a suit and don't even get a bag. This doesnt include the multiple calls waiting on hold for 20 minutes. I hang up, call back and the lady says "oh sorry I got busy"

Unbelievable service, complete disaster. Think I spent over $200 in fuel going to and from this location.

Stephan from the Regent location was extremely helpful. He helped us for over an hour, making sure we had everything we needed for our event. He was very professional and respectful, and answered all of our questions, making the process a lot less stressful!

Do you love an unending wait for service? Do you enjoy being made to feel like a burden when shopping? Is a sneer better than a smile? Then this is the perfect place.

Seriously, don't bother. Understaffed and incompetent in nearly every aspect of a simple transaction requiring multiple visits. Shop anywhere else.

I really depends on who you have helping you.in general the service is decent but sometimes the people can be a little hard to deal with.but if you want to but a good quality suit I would recommend Moores

Great fitting experience, excellent prices, horrendous time with the alterations. Not worth the hassle.

When I returned for a scheduled final fit confirmation and hemming I was told the tailor quit and I'd need to come in a third time. We also discovered they forgot to perform half my alterations and it wouldn't be possible in time for an upcoming event.

Came in a fourth time and was told since I wore the suit it would need to be dry-cleaned before they can look at it. Guess I could've pieced that together but would've been great if they gave me an inform in earlier convos.

Instead of returning a fifth time for sizing and sixth for fit confirmation I'm looking elsewhere for alterations to avoid additional headaches.

Had a great experience shopping here. Darryl was awesome and very helpful when putting a new suit together.

$500 suit. Never put the pants through a washing machine or dryer, always hand done. Seem ripped open within a month. Took them in, staff said it was my fault and nothing could be done. Didn’t offer any solutions.

Go somewhere else.

Nice young man served me.but the style selection is a pale imitation of what it used to be. So much is dedicated to young and ignoring guys my age. VERY disappointing inventory

I have never really hand any issues here, the staff has always been really nice and helpful, when I have needed them, and allowed me to look around when I didn't. Have always found something that works for me, and even the rental suits for weddings have been great. They also have some good sales and offers throughout the year.

Walked in looking to get "something that is good enough" and walked out with a damn fine looking suit for less than $250 with alterations included. Note, that was lower than what I shared as my budget.

Not saying that'll happen every time for eveyone, but I got some damn nice clothes for an upcoming wedding and was educated on how to make them a little more casual for work.

Ask for Daryl and he will make you look good for a good price.

Good selection, I was pretty particularly on what I wanted, they tried their best to accommodate my needs. Needs were meet but it did take 3 hours, my appointed worker seemed a bit distracted, but did find me some solid deals!
