My husband purchased a gift for me on sale on November 25,2022. The Halsey bomber. Great jacket. However I was talked into a small by the sales person, because of the size of the arm holes when worn as a vest; but when the sleeves are attached they end up being uncomfortably short. We tried to exchange it for a medium but were told we couldn’t. Finale Sale! Wish we would have been told this… as this certainly didn’t line up with their holiday return policy? !? So we are definitely left with sour feelings about this and this expensive jacket. Thumbs down Moose Knuckle.

We went to Moose Knuckes store today. We bought our parkas in Urban Trail or Harry Rosen normally, when we passed by Moose Kunckes Store today, we felt like taking a look at, and we tried 6 parkas. We have been served by a beautiful young black lady, I am so regret that I didn’t get her name, because she was very good. We didn’t buy anything today, but if we go back, we will look for her to make purchase definitely!

Phenomenal service! Both salespeople who helped me couldn't have been nicer and cooler:) Very helpful and professional. I am getting use to wearing my new Saskatchewan, its the heaviest coat I have ever worn and the zipper is a little tricky, but with a Cold Rating of 4 (-40), it delivers! I've only worn it twice and have already received a few compliments! Would highly recommend! ;)

I love this store and the staff are friendly and very helpful. I bought two jackets already from them since I have CG's I can say I prefer Moose Knuckles even though it's pricey I love the quality really warm. See you on Sept

I would give this place zero if I could the staff did not stop telling you to pull the mask up over nose it was unreal the amount of times they were all over you and we wanted to buy his and her coats will not support this business ever I hope you go out of business. Treating customers that want to drop over 2 grand on coats like they are children

I was greeted by Claire and Aura right away when I walked in. They were very accommodating and knowledgeable! They presented different styles of jacket for me to choose from and allowed me to take my time deciding on what jacket to purchase. Betty was working that day as well and she was also very insightful and helpful. The store was very clean and organized. I had an excellent shopping experience!

The staff in this location are super friendly and are extremely knowledgeable, and they helped me find the perfect parka. They carry a great selection of quality winter gear suited for Winnipeg winters - definitely way better than Canada Goose!

I have visited a few Moose knuckles locations across Canada and this location by far is the more friendly and welcoming. The Staff at this location are well trained in customer service and make sure you always find what you are looking for! Best Location in Canada!

The staff at this location are amazing! They were so helpful and didn’t make me feel pressured to buy something right away. I did come back to buy a men’s black Stirling Parka! Cant wait to use it in the winter.

I like the jackets and the staff explains their product well. I did think the price was high and not as nice as Canadian goose. The jackets looked nice but some I didn’t get them. They need to explain their product in a way that the customer can connect to it.

Staff are amazing to work with and extremely friendly. Top-notch customer service and product knowledge. Highly recommend their service and products, didn’t realize what I was missing in winter until I bought a Moose Knuckles parka!
