Morden Realty is without a doubt the best realtor in Morden. They definitely rank right at the top, or better than any other and I’m including my previous experiences in Brandon (my original location).

Our realtor who has also posted a review here (towards the bottom) did minimal work for us. His communication was vague at best and we always felt he wasn’t being honest with us. If I would have had the time I would have let my contract expire and move on. We still get anxiety thinking back to our experience with this agency.

Wouldn’t recommend Duncan Patterson!
He is judgemental and a hypocrite, not to mention a liar and a cheat.

He tried to short me out of $15 000 or more on one private real estate transaction he shouldn’t have even been involved in. Good at sticking his nose in where it dosnt belong.

I recently bought and sold homes using Morden Realty. Duncan Patterson was very knowledgeable, honest, helpful and really came through. Nothing but professional high quality realtor service. Can't say I like moving much but if I ever have to do it again Duncan and Morden Realty will be getting a call from me. Absolutely amazing five star service.
