Staff was friendly and efficient. David answered any questions and helped to make it as easy as possible will be returning for future fluid changes on my vehicle. Highly recommend this location.

If you go only for an oil change, they will ask you many other things to change no matter the condition. If you don't know much about your car, you will end up with a huge bill. Not a trustworthy place. I normally go to Uni Crescent shop, which is much better.

Outstanding service. 1 of the best in the city. We have been going to this location for over 2 years. Great team work. Very helpful and friendly. And the new manager is great. They are all very knowledgeable.

On June 1st 2023 around 5: 00 pm my girlfriend brought her car in for an oil change and to have her winter tires swapped out. They claimed that due to a nail puncture in one of her summer tires that it was not safe to repair and she needed to buy four new tires for $1600. They claimed to “be her friend” and that she could trust them. Only after her calling me they admitted to her that two tires would suffice. After more push back they tried several other ways/discounts to pressure her to make a hasty decision. She left and took the tire to a different tire shop who patched the tire without dispute for $35. Her tires were almost brand new. They tried to manipulate and take advantage of someone to doesn’t have experience with cars.

UPDATE: I immediately responded to their review reply with a thorough email and haven't received any communication back several weeks later.

First unfriendly, didn't even ask why I was there just started with the oil change, never got a goodbye or anything just rude af.
2. It took 3 people to open the hood of my car then struggle. Then have no clue what they are doing.
3. The guy had no clue what he was doing and talked down to me on not taking the 800 dollars in upscale.
4. Almost destroyed my engine and claimed it was a faulty oil filter.
5. Place was dirty oil all over the ground and they just constantly threw other chemicals on the ground. I've been to dirty oil spots but this one was awful
This place is awful and I feel bad for anyone hitting it up. Do not go here.

Can’t recommend this place, most items are overpriced! If you want a quick oil change don’t come here, they will keep selling you filters or keep recommending you different things!

The oil change took about 30mins, probably will go somewhere else next time.

Please take your time to review the one star reviews, they are right about this place! They are nice until you decline their service and I never remember paying this much for an oil change!

Windshield wipers for $70, while you are promoting it for free with oil change? It’s a joke! $90 for the same filter that Canadian tire sell for $20? And took almost 30mins for oil change. (Because they keep telling to replace this and that!)

I would not recommend any women going here at all, they're just going to try and rip you off. I just wanted an oil change, they never said what packages or prices there were, they just charged me a premium synthetic package. Then all of a sudden they're ripping off my glove box to get to the cabin air filter, which I didn't ask to be done in the first place. It was a bit dirty so I said they can replace that one and the air filter on the engine. I see the charge for the air filter on the engine and caught the guy just dust it off and place it back in, the charge was still on the screen and he was going to get me to pay for it until I mentioned it! I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't actually put the new one I paid for in the cabin. Don't go here!

The guys who work here are professionals in their field. Not only did they do a great job changing the oil, they also helped me with the CarAdvise service. I work for the delivery service Instacart, which gives me an additional discount on oil changes. The guys were not too lazy to call me and figure out how to get a discount in their service.
I have recently arrived in Canada and this is my first experience with an oil change service. I was 100% satisfied.

I went in for an oil change, they know what they are doing. Showed me my service manual and i got transmission oil change as well. Kohli serviced my vehicle, good customer service, a bit pricy but takes care of the vehicle. Kohli was really helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend going there.

The service attendants were very friendly, efficient and didn't push any sales I didn't need, gave me quotes for future needs and it was fast and easy!

$35 more expensive than super lube. I asked the technician why they are more expensive and he said because they use a better filter and oil. It was the same filter and oil as super lube. They just charge more for no reason.

Went for a quick oil change at this location, l got recommended or more like pressured to change cabin and air filter. Which I usually do it by myself.   They charge you 2x the amount.do yourself a favour and stick to an oil change if that's you are intented to do. This place is an utter rip off. I paid hefty and writing this review so you don't have too. Unless you want to pay over twice the amount for filter change which can be done less than half the price at they offer. A big no no to this overpriced location.

Poor communication during rush hour to mislead customers to stick around. In reality the wait time can be over double. Lead me to waiting for over an hour and a half, the place closing and no service. Very dissatisfied.

Got a oil change and i don’t know what they did but before I went there my engine was perfectly fine drove from province to province and after that oil change I’m having engine misfire issues and I didn’t notice until I was out of province and they over charged me. I know if I call and complain they won’t take responsibility don’t make people work on cars if they don’t know what they are doing. Didn’t have a single issue before.

First id like to say very good location super friendly staff and knowledgable staff, the ongoing issue i have is the greasy oily handprints and spills they dont clean up also when they are bent over the fenders they dont use fender gaurds and the buttons or anything they have in the chest pocket lightly scratches my paint. Other than those things great place for an oil change close to cabelas, costco, and other stores

I live out out of town, but chose to get an oil change close to my dad’s place. That turned out to be a good decision, as we had the pleasure of meeting Matt, the store manager. He quickly established rapport by his helpful, friendly demeanour, while his knowledgeable background of vehicles, also proved helpful during our time at the store.

It took 2 hours for my tire psi drop from 25 to 24. But after the inspection in this store the psi drop from 38 to 30 in 10 min! I Highly Suspect the employees damaged my tire On Purpose. ！！！First, he wouldn't let me get out of the car when I parked in the shop garage. Second, I asked if there were any other leaks other than the one leak he found. He couldn't answer what other leaks the tire had. ！As a technician, he should know about his work. ！Third,  I tried to feel the tire leak  before I came here and I didn't feel any big leak until he had done his inspection.   ！And it requires replacing all four tires to make the tires run functionally. The quote they gave me is about $2600 for replacing the tires. They have an absolute incentive to do so！
