For same price, I highly recommend Qdoba than mucho. Anyway, that’s my first time here, also my last time. I’ll back to qdoba for regular place.

I ordered 4 burritos and the employee Leena helped us with really a very good job.she was so kind and provided a really very great service. I have guests from Thompson and they were really happy with the food you made it Leena. Super great service, food and price️️️️️️️

We ordered the Taco Trio, a Mucho Burrito and Taco chips with guacamole. The taco's had very little meat and the beef was overly salty; the burrito was tasteless; the chips were greasy and tasteless and the guacamole was tasteless.no onions, tomatoes or lime. The food is overpriced for what you get. Waste of money!

Amazing customer service and good food. The girl at the counter was friendly and sweet. She greeted me nicely and also encouraged me to come again. That’s the reason I ordered again today from skip, the same bowl and had my whole family try it by ordering 3 bowls. Thanks and I’ll return definitely super soon!

I got the barbacoa mucho burrito.it tasted ok, the rice was hard tho, the one making my burrito was nice.

Shrimp very chewy and no taste. Guac was bitter. Not a great experience.
Toilets out of order. No wonder we were the only ones here.

Went to the Restaurent Today and there was too much heat inside the Restaurent i think the AC was not working it was 30 degree outside and the employees were working inside i feel bad for them. The owner should think about that they are human also.service was good

Tried it for the first time. Got sick about 2-3 hours later. Only other meal that day was eggs in the morning. Will not repeat.

The employee dropped her tongs on the floor and then proceeded to continue cooking my food without washing them.

Food was very nice and the service specially two girls working in the evening shift was friendly and suggested perfect food. She was very kind and helpful. My kids were satisfied and happy. Amazing work!

Really enjoyed my first experience eating at mucho burrito! The staff were so friendly and helped me with the menu. Very clean and nice to eat inside. Burrito portions are huge and the chips/salsa are very fresh. Loved the mango salsa.

Absolutely lovely! We had a Barbacoa and Carnitas burrito. I don’t understand what other reviewers are saying - It was not lacking in flavour at all. Maybe a issue on their ordering? Everything in my burrito could be tasted distinctly and the barbacoa had excellent texture and flavour. I’ve eaten at the majority of Mexican chains in Winnipeg - Quesada, Qdoba, Barburrito and Burrito Del Rio - This was by far my favourite experience. The food compares much closer to authentic Mexican cuisine then the aforementioned restaurants and the service was great.

At this time, the staff is really friendly, the food is good.

I came to winnipeg recently and I’ve been to this mucho burrito and it was great experience being there in terms of food and also exceptional customer service, now it’s my go to for burritos and I strongly recommended people to experience it!

I’d actually stopped in to the other store in town to see if they had a menu. Very inviting aromas, certainly compelled our visit today at our end of town.
How do you sell this food without cilantro as a garnish? If it was there, it wasn’t offered, and the food sorely missed it. The food was flavourful in its own way, but I could not say what part of the world it represented. And those flavours weren’t exactly tantalizing. We felt we’d made a poor choice, maybe we’ll try that other store sometime.

The service was great and staff was quick and friendly but the actual food was atrocious. I had ordered a burrito and the way it was assembled it essentially was just a rice wrapped in a tortilla. Additionally the food tasted pretty bland. For a “mexican restaurant” you would expect more flavor.

I went for quesadilla today evening, there were two employees.one was a lady, she was SO RUDE. She said she'll charge me extra if I want any veggies on side and that too when I was not asked for toppings. They made it as "suggested by mucho burrito" and I was supposed to pay if I want any topping. I wasn't asking for anything extra, I was entitled to what I was asking for.and they were just pushing me away.bcz I was looking for clarification. It was humiliating. I won't suggest anyone to go to this specific location.

I ordered a double meat barbacoa and chorizo burrito (the extra meat costs 3$), and there was barely any chorizo.i could not even taste it.instead of having a meaty burrito, it was stuffed full with grains.i used to be a loyal mucho burrito customer but I have noticed that this location is particularly inconsistent and I will not be ordering from here again.

A mistake was made when ordering for a pickup for much later in the day. Contacted them 5-10 minutes after ordering to make the changes. It shouldn't be a problem right? They refused to make the changes, indicating they already started making the order, even though it wasn't scheduled for pick up for well over an hour later. So either they were being lazy and sidestepping a simple fix or they were planning on letting the food sit for over an hour before the scheduled pickup. It boggles my mind they wouldn't address a simple change. This is a new low in customer service.

Worst customer service ever, their evening staff is way low in customer service, lack of patience. Even though their machines doesn’t work well, they blame customer and get mad at them. Try telling the customer you don’t have enough money in your account especially that Tall lady (don’t know her name as nobody have their name tags on, lack of professionalism) make assumptions about the person standing in front of her.

We came here after looking for somewhere new to try. The food was very fresh and tased great! They offer toppings for their burritos that other restaurants don't have. Grilled pineapple on a burrito is delicious! Side note - get a churro for dessert, you won't regret it!

9th April 2021 around 5 PM had a very bad experience here. 4 employees, 2 dress uniform, 2 did dress very casual. Show more professional pls. And you telling the delivery driver ” if you do not want to wait, go away” how rude you guys are. You made me so upset. It’s the worse service I ever had in Winnipeg.

Excellence! Food is superior, fresh, healthy delicious. Customer service was AMAZING. My wife and I really enjoyed the atmosphere. Couldn't finish our food since the burritos were massive. Very good guacamole and churros as well. Highly recommended.

Ordered a vegetarian burrito bowl and it cost me $16.50 and yet it did not have much in it and plus it was so cold. They dont know how to make Guacamole, just gave mashed avocado. No impressed.: (
