Very clean, very helpful and patient as we never been there before and they were friendly too

I went to other mexican places too but this is best one and i really recommend this place. Staff is so friendly. Awesome location, food.i really love this place.

Got my dinner there food was good but when I paid the cashier I gave a tip and asked how night was going and if she got the tip I had given via debit and she replied we only get tips that are given in the jar. The owner gets all the tips that are given on the machine. This is a sad situation for the staff who are working hard for those tips. If I go back I will bring cash as to make sure the staff actually get there tips

Food was okay but there were barely any options for toppings. The staff were way too eager to put items on before asking. A sauce was added to my bowl without permission and when I said I didn’t want it the employee proceeded to try to “pick out” the sauce. As someone who has previously worked customer service in the food industry (multiple kinds), this is just not done.

Their burritos are large and filling, and they have a very wide variety of topping options which they switch up occasionally. I do think their chicken needs more flavour/spices, compared to burritos I’ve had elsewhere, the flavour is lacking here.

We usually order via skip. Twice we have placed our own pickup order via their website and both times, upon arrival at the set pickup time, the orders hadn’t yet been prepared and there was initial confusion until finding the order receipts. Staff were friendly and apologetic, the food doesn’t take long to prepare so it’s not a huge deal but still unsure why it happened anyways.

Nachos & queso, and the churros are a nice add on. Overall the value is great, and the serving sizes are large.

Great food which is prepared in front of you. Large portions Build your burrito or bowl with the ingredients you like. Think of it as the Mexican version of Subway.

By far the cleanest fast food location I have ever visited. Extremely polite and professional staff. They have ample amount of staff on during lunch and dinner to keep the flow moving efficiently. (Don't think I've waited longer than 5 minutes) Food was simply amazing. I always have a chorizo and ancient grains burrito and will be back to have it again, and again.

Food was good, portions weren't great and the prices were a quite high for what was offered.
I'm giving three stars because the staff were worth it, and the food was decent.
The prices won't have me back, however. $15 for a burrito is nuts.

So glad we found Mucho Burrito yesterday after soccer. Awesome service and food is fresh, tasty. We ate there often in Alberta and had not since moving here 3 years ago. They have a lot of gluten free options and serve generous portions.

Friendly & helpful service with a smile! The Zesty Chimichurri bowl was great. Fresh vegetables and toppings, and really well-balanced flavours. Highly recommend!

Went there for the first time the other day. Very friendly and the food was good. I ordered the ghost pepper bowl and went with the hotter than hell option which If you enjoy hot food will be a subtle heat. There were some hot sauces available to add on as well. Glad I went with the extra sauces as they made the meal rather enjoyable. Will return.

Fantastic food, atmosphere, and people. I will be taking the majority of my lunch breaks here going forward. The food is so fresh, and delicious, this is my new top spot for tacos, quesadillas, or bowls. I will be recommending Mucho Burrito to all my friends and family!

I got the ghost pepper burrito today expecting it to be super spicy and was super disappointed, I got the less spicy version because from reading from the website it sounded like the spicier version might of been to much to handle, but taco bells hot sauce is literally spicier then this. Going to go back and try the spicier version hopefully not as disappointing.

Decided to leave a review after second time of trying this place.
First time I had ordered a burrito bowl off of Skip The Dishes, it arrived fairly quickly (20-25) and it was delicious. Everything was still fresh and heated accordingly. Thought the portion size was pretty decent as well, I did order with extra Beef Barbacoa as I was told from a friend that they aren't to generous with portions. Needless to say it really defied that and I was full from the bowl
Second time around.tonight I ordered from Uber eats, complete 360 experience.food was extremely cold, half of the rice was not cooked thoroughly, I had crunchy rice! Not impressed this time around at all! Gave three stars because I'm not sure what the proper rating should be. Also I have not tried going inside to order-maybe that would be better? Just seems pretty crazy to have such a complete opposite experience when I had ordered the EXACT same thing both times.

Very good burrito spot! Some things that seperate them from other places is their choice of ingredients/proteins. The burritos are super filling and really tasty. The establishment was very clean and followed COVID protocols to ensure safety. Will definitely return again in the future for another tasty burrito!

I ordered 2 burrito/chip/drink combos (one regular burrito one small) and it came to 29$.

I tried this restaurant one evening and found it to be great value with huge portions. I enjoyed it so much that I scheduled catering for my workplace of 30 people, and everyone loved it. Highly recommend.

If you want alot of rice drenched in sweet sauce for 15$ this is the place.
I would leave the sauce to be added by customer.

I. Visited the place today on sunday october 18th/2020.the interior was very nice. Once I waked in the employees were extremely friendly and eager to please. My husband is a health nut and very hard to please but really really enjoyed his good size portion of the burrito bowl and we ordered nachos on the side.so wonderful, so nice. I definitely would return to this location again.

Had a delicious burrito bowl last week, as did several co-workers. Everyone loved the food! So fresh, and love that you can customize your orders. We were all pleasantly surprised to get the complimentary taco chips and salsa too! So wonderful!

Hands down one of the best Mexican places in town. The owner and the employees are extremely friendly and food is very tasty and fresh. Highly Recommended!

I went there two weeks ago to the one on Plessis for the first time to try it out for lunch, and It was Very dirty inside. Our table was dirty, I wiped with baby wipes. The chicken was cold in my burrito bowl and when I went to use the washroom before leaving I couldn’t as it was so dirty and pee all over the toilet and floor. Will not be going back.

Smallest amount of toppings ive ever seen, they literaly put one tiny piece of onion and 1 tiny piece of green pepper! If I could put a negative star i would. There was only 1 person working and she stopped making my burrito to check her phone and didn't change her gloves I had to ask her to then rolled her eyes. I walked out wont ever be eatting there

What to say. The place is small, clean & well appointed. The Decor is nice. The staff were very friendly & eager to make suggestions. The food was really quite good. I had a burrito bowl that was more filling than I expected & had all the flavour & spice that they promised. My boy had the Taco trio & he said it’s the best tacos he’s ever had.

Had the taco kit for 4 people and overall it was fantastic. Portions was huge and everything was flavourful.
