Collected a number of applications for my grandmother. All five of them said to deliver to this address and leave in drop box OR send by mail.
Well there is no drop box at the building. I figure no big deal. Ill enter and drop the envelope with the applications off. But the office door was locked during their regular hours. When I called them they told me they only accept by mail and if I wanted to enter to drop off I needed to book an appointment. I NEEDED TO SEND BY MAIL OR BOOK AN APPOINTMENT TO HAND IN APPLICATIONS EVEN THOUGH I WAS ALREADY THERE IN PERSON.
What kind of monkey business is this?
COVID is not an excuse anymore to slack on the service side of a business. I have concerns about my grandmother staying in buildings under this company if the difference between my hand and the mailman's hand throws that much of a wrench in their process.
If they are struggling with this simple task it seems it's best to avoid their buildings.

I live at one of they’re buildings in st. Norbert Winnipeg, can’t write a review for it as it doesn’t show up, but whatever. I was threatened by the caretaker for cigarette butts, cause they looked like mine, and carpet stains, il admit to one of the stains from an oil leak from a chair, but the others are not from me … the caretaker told me “I am friendly, but I can be a very dangerous person” and how he can report me, I do not want to live here now, and I will making calls tomorrow morning. Absolute trash

Very unprofessional, they refuse to do any work to upkeep their units. They hire low quality contractors to do work and their maintenance guys rush their work. They made me live in my unit with mice for over a year and told me living with seasonal mice was acceptable when I was living with a major infestation. They refused to pay to change my locks after my unit was broken into twice and when they evicted me after I refused to pay for the locks they held my money telling me they had a year to return it.
They will treat you terribly, accuse you of being the terrible person and make you live in absolutely disgusting conditions while taking every last penny from you that they can.
