Wouldn't recommend morden Dodge to anyone. I was there to get my jeep fix I asked how much it would cost he gave a price and when I had to pay it was way more then they said it would be. I'm very disappointed in their customer service they honestly don't care

Serious lack of communication from service department. I was warned by another customer prior to bringing my vehicle there, figured I'd give them the benefit of doubt - consider this a lesson learned. Nice people though, maybe just a leadership/management or overall integrity issue?

Ridiculous phone system. Left three messages for service. None returned. Seems like the parts guy would rather be doing anything else than helping customers. Once the sales guy discovered I was buying from the sister dealership in Winnipeg, I was personna non grata. When its in every area of the Company, you know its a leadership issue. Business must be good because they don't seem to care about repeat business.

Well im very upset that my truck just shut down and they couldnt find the part in north america so they told me and my husband they gonna have to order it from manufacturer like wow i've been waiting 16 months to this day iv'e been making my payments and not being able to drive it is crazy very frustrating

Unfortunately I was quite disappointed with my experience at Murray Dodge Jeep Ram Pembina Valley. I had my Dodge Journey brought in to the service centre. First they didn’t look at my vehicle when they said they would. Then when they eventually did look at it their communication with me was very poor on what was wrong with it and what was needing to get fixed. They called me saying my vehicle was all fixed. When I came to pay and pick it up they charged me $85 dollars for changing my key fob battery and charging and testing my main battery and send me on my way. Got about 5 minutes out of town and my battery light came on and shortly after the vehicle died on me again. Being frustrated I brought it to a local automotive repair shop……They diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes and had it fixed within 2 hours that same afternoon.
For Murry being a dodge dealership I thought I was bringing my dodge to the right place to get fixed. Unfortunately that was not the case for my experience.
I hope their service centre treats their future customers with better service than what I received. Unfortunately I will not be a returning customer.
