Olga was amazing! Super friendly and accommodating! Lovely treatment, super attentive and took the time to make sure you are happy and comfortable!

The whole experience is worth every penny. This was my first time at The El Spa and I went for the The full day at spa package and my lady is Marianne. She awesome and very much experienced in what she does. She did my body treatment which is body scrubs, full body massage, the el spa manicure and pedicure and the personalized facial is the one of my first time learning something new about facial. I love it. The place is well organized and the lounge is one of best rooms. Bathroom is spacious and lockers is roomy. Front desk lady is very friendly to everyone that came in. The staff are polite and courteous. A great place to unwind and relax. I will be going back and highly recommend. Thank you thank you.

Brought my granddaughters for their first spa experience. Was not disappointed. Great care, friendly staff, all around wonderful day!

Love this spa, they always do a great job and never rush us out, there’s also a little sun room in the back where you can wait for your nails to dry while enjoying coffee or tea, super cute!

I visited for the 1st time today and was thrilled to get in with very short notice. The facility is lovely and clean. Victoria performed my personalized facial and I left feeling very relaxed and my is skin in much better condition than I arrived. Her pressure is a little bit strong, almost a wee bit rough and I could have asked her to dial it back but I didn't say anything as I'd rather feel my skin being worked than not. The price was reasonable in my opinion. I will happily return to her.

My wife goes here all the time and loves it. Staff are great and the owner really cares about her clients. They make sure to keep everything clean and safe. Highly recommend this place!

The service was fantastic from the moment I walked in the door. I had received a full body massage from Valerie and I couldn't be happier! Ursula did an amazing job on my nails! I’ll definitely be seeing her again- shellac nails and a pedicure. They look great. I also like to get waxes here! Great and comfortable place

Jessica is great at sugaring/waxing. I've been seeing her for awhile, and took my daughter for the first time. Jessica put her at ease and was very good with her.

I go here for my eye brow wax. I see the owner Barb. I wont go anywhere else because she does such a good job.

I had the most wonderful first experience. I had a pedicure, hand parrafin & the most delightful facial by Maria! I look forward to going again! Friendly staff & very cute hang out area after our services were done.

I had my first visit this past Weekend and Ava was my esthetician for a facial.
It was honestly the best experience I’ve had at a spa. The front end staff are kind and polite. Ava is amazing! She is so present while she does her work, the intention is there, not doing just a typical routine and you can tell she really loves helping people. The massage she provided was wonderful! She is professional but personable. The products used for the facial were fantastic. I have such sensitive skin and I didn’t experience any kind of reaction. My skin felt 10 years younger.
I will definitely be back! ️

I went to El Spa because the lady I usually go to was away on holiday. I went for a bikini wax and the women that did my service was very odd. She kept asking if I like pain and that if I want pain she will give me pain. I assume she was joking but it made the experience awkward. The wax itself was poorly done, she missed spots and did not use any cream or powder to prep the skin. After the wax was done I was then told to put baby oil on all over the area.it was dollar store baby oil with the price sticker still on the bottle. I would not recommend a bikini wax from El Spa

Used to come here for a quick eyebrow wax, but will only see the owner from now on if available. She's the only one who puts in details and makes sure your happy with the way they look before you leave. A little overpriced compared to other spas in the area.

The experience was lovely and there's a cozy lounge to relax in! Hung out with two girlfriends getting pedicures for an upcoming trip.
Unfortunately after hanging out in the lounge for our toes to dry and wearing flip flops home, walking around the house barefoot - I put socks and shoes on to go run an errand (3 hours later) and both of my big toes are smudged badly.: (
However, after a quick call to the spa they booked me in to get them fixed up free of charge!

I don't attend spas personally, but my girlfriend has on occasion and has been quite pleased in the past, so I decided to purchase a gift certificate for her upcoming birthday. When I arrived, I was impressed by the atmosphere of the place, and especially the pleasant demeanor of the staff. At the front desk, Elisa was very welcoming and professional, and even took some time to give me a tour of the place. After this experience, I might even join my girlfriend on her next spa day!

I love coming here! The service is great and I’m never disappointed. I always get special treatment from my esthetician Maria. Who always does an amazing job! All the other staff are very pleasant and always have receive a lovely warm welcome from the owner Barb. Elisa the receptionist always goes beyond her job to help customers with adjusting their appts and making sure they are completely satisfied with their service. Always clean and very reasonable prices. Would recommend to others.
