NAPA Auto Parts - NAPA Panet Road

This is a review that should have been mentioned 4 years ago and I do that now as I have not forgotten and am forever grateful for the care and service received from this company.

I was returning home to BC after a month on the road across Canada when at 4pm on a Friday night the lights on my dash lit up.

I managed to find a NAPA that went out of their way to order me an alternator with an early delivery and set up an appointment without me asking, the next morning with OK Tire Transcona.

Unfortunately, I have forgotten the name of the parts service man (Henry or Charlie?) but want to again thank you for your service and goodwill at helping get back on the road.

I know it’s a little late but I made it home!

Nothing but attitude from the miserable blonde. I gave her a list of parts printed from the Napa site “ what is this, what do you want, there are three items on here”. No wonder the parking lot is empty with this miserable lady at the counter.

Shop at any Napa except Panet road until that miserable woman finds a new job!

Got there early in the morning, and the man who helped me was more than helpful. Needed new brakes and he explained to me the pros and cons and gave me a more informed decision into what I needed for my car. I would go there again!
