I had a wonderful experience. They were able to resolve my car issue quickly. They were very welcoming and friendly. They really care. I had an appointment for a certain time, and they gave me an estimate what time my car would be finished and they were right on time. I did not have to wait for a long time at all. And they charges a very reasonable price. All was very appreciated.

First time at this business. They were able to squeeze us in to change the blower motor. Work was done quickly and for a reasonable price. They were quite friendly.

I’ve been to this business before and I appreciate there thoroughness in how they dell with my vehicles issues. I also like dealing with Matt and Brendan.

Friendly staff, they are up front about costs, sympathetic to the guy who drives around 10-year old + cars, and have quick turnaround times. Shout out to Brendan!

Re: 2015 BMW 335i

I was referred to the Hi-Tec team by a friend. From the moment I called and spoke with Brendan, I was left so impressed with their approach in repairing my rear differential. They now have a client for life - I would not hesitate to refer them to family and friends!

I had a great experience at Hi-Tech. They were referred to me by a colleague as I was looking for a shop that could do a significant amount of work. I received a quote for ~$5400 dollars from a dealership, and Hi Tech was able to do the work for $3900.

Apart from simply the price, though, they were timely, communicative, thorough, fair, explanatory, and so much more. Will definitely return for future work.

I was having an engine light issue in my BMW, They gave me a great diagnostic with all the details and also gave me a good price for the repair. Definitely recommend if you want to get your car diagnosed.

Hi-Tech Automotive fixed my Nissan NV 2500’s failed exhaust manifold, and catalytic converters, and did so at a price well below their initial estimate.

I came to Hi-Tech Automotive for the first time today to get new tires installed. It was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever received for my car. Garfield was behind the desk. He was organized, knowledgeable and efficient. The whole process was simple and fast. The shop already had the tires I needed in stock - so it only took a couple hours to get the job done!

First time taking my car to Hi-Tech, as they are a provider if warranty repairs to the 3rd party extended policy I have.
Jeff was an extreme pleasure to deal with, up front, and on the phone. He did all the "leg work" when it came to checking on all the details with my warranty and then called me to advise what would be my contribution (turned out to be deductible only). Once they were able to determine the issues with my car, Jeff told me all parts were available and that I would have it ready by the end of the next day.
Ready as expected, and when I arrived to pick up my car, Garfield was just as pleasant to deal with.
Said there might be a factory oil smell from oil burn-off on the parts installed. If it persisted after 300 km, I should return so they can have a look at it.
The warranty was a wallet saver from a bill which could have been over $2,000.
A great experience and impression was left upon me after my first visit.

Do not bring your vehicle here. Quoted me $350 to change my block heater, then called back an hour later saying it would be $700, unless I wanted an oil pan heater for $350 instead. Long story short, it was $170 fix through a different shop. They work on commission here, beware.

Went in to get my winter tires put on, an oil change and a winterizing pkg.found out my tie rod was loose (was still on warranty). I was in a panic because I am headed out on the road for 6 hours tomorrow and they did not recommend that given the seriousness of the situation. Because of their loyalty to their current customers, they were able to manage their already tight schedule today to do the work so I can be on the road tomorrow. Brought my car for power steering and after the repair my engine light came up they over charge for parts and repairs
