The service here (Rempel Auto Centre) is next to none. We are from out of town on a xcountry trip and needed an oil change with the addition of an additive. Richard was excellent at easily diagnosing a problem for us the other day and was able to offer to have the work done that day at a completely cost! George Rempel staff are honest and always helpful and they do their best to get things done as quickly as possible.

Absolutely shocked that these guys have such high ratings. Extremely rude and inconsiderate. Basically told me they don't have time to explain the issue to me. Very poor customer service.

Jeff, Bruce, Richard, Les, Brenda and their team have always been super friendly and helpful. They are truthful about what needs to be done/ work with me to prioritize the work.

Polite, professional, quality service - recommended appropriate repairs (and specified priority - what needs doing now and what can wait) and accommodated my scheduling needs. In my case it is also a very conveniently located shop!

***I went for a service appointment yesterday 13 Feb 2023. They were fast and so efficient. They always quote the service fees prior to and the quote is always 100% right. They checked everything I asked for too. Bruce and Richard and the new lady (not sure of her name) at the desk are kind and considerate of your concerns and it was a great appointment. My car runs so smoothly now! Her pickup is back!

This shop is helpful and professional. Fair prices, professional staff, and they go above and beyond what I have ever experienced with any other automotive shop. As a single lady being able to trust the auto body shop you choose to service your vehicle at is so important. I am grateful that I can go get great service that is budget friendly everytime.

As I live across the city they have added a car rental to their services which makes things handy! So grateful for this shop and how they take pride in service above and beyond!

Not happy at all with the services I got in my last appointment. Will NEVER NEVER go to this garage again! They are charging higher labour charges and 30 - 40% more on parts than the regular part prices. When I looked the invoice closely and called them that why I am charged 3 times more on 2 parts and their answer was that one is a human error and the other was because of the database switching.

And for the other over charged parts the only justification I got was that we have to charge that much to keep our doors open.
