Natural Cycleworks

I had Natural Cycleworks build me a bicycle this year with a frame and some parts from Montreal. Their service was excellent and fast and the bike is perfect. Very happy with the results!

The shop is busy during riding season - a great sign. I booked a job to have a new two-speed Sturmey-Archer "automatic shift" hub laced up to my existing rim for single-speed bike. They were able to do the job a day early, custom cut 32 black spokes as per request and laced, trued and installed the wheel back onto my bike. Since the new IGH needed re-gearing, they installed a 22 tooth cog in place of the original 18 tooth - the new cog required a new longer chain, they did that too. Thanks Guys, great work. Highly recommended

I popped in for the first time looking for some parts for an old bike rebuild from my childhood. I’m impressed with the friendly knowledgeable service and am left feeling like the top goal here is to help people get the most out of their cycling goals. I will make this my go to stop for parts, service and advice.

Walked in with a custom 140 spoke wheel that needed a professional to true it up. Two other bike shops weren't very interested. A friend recommended Natural Cycle so I showed Matty and he said they'll do it. Service was excellent. Price was excellent, and I couldn't be happier with the result!
Their general willingness was awesome! Definitely will be using them in the future.

I'm just a girl who loves biking to work, in civvies, on my not-particularly-expensive bike. Whenever I schlep my bike down the stairs to Natural Cycle for a repair, I'm impressed by the friendly & knowledgeable staff who never ever make me feel like I don't belong there. If something isn't quite right the first time they make sure it is resolved, and they check before they do even minor things that would add to the cost. Best bike shop I've gone to, and now the only one I will!

Had some great bike builds over the years at natural cycle but most recently had a bad experience taking in a new bike because mine was stolen: (this new bike needed two new tires and brake touch up and I was quoted for 600$ Very very expensive. So I took it to another shop and they did it for 200$ dollars and had it done in 15 minutes! I will be going to them for now on natural cycle is cool but cmon dudes.

I had a phenomenal experience here. I had a tricky custom build and they handled everything with amazing expertise and I'm so happy with the result, I love my bike! Kudos to Andrew for all the help.
