Unreal, can’t believe it, just effin ridiculous receptionist stuffing her face with potato chips and doesn’t care about anything

I have no complaints on the doctors, but:
I had the most horrendous experience at the nearby clinic! The staff's attitude was beyond awful; they treated me like I was inconveniencing them by even being there. The services were a complete disaster - they were slow, unprofessional, and it seemed like they had no idea what they were doing. I wouldn't recommend this clinic to my worst enemy. Save yourself the frustration and stay far away from this nightmare of a place!

The clinic's communication is a complete disaster. They never answer their phone, and as a result, their voicemail box is perpetually full, making it impossible to leave any messages. On top of that, they seem to completely ignore fax messages for medication refills. It's as if they have no regard for their patients' needs or well-being. This level of negligence and disregard for basic communication is beyond frustrating and highly unprofessional.
Is there any place in Winnipeg to co plain about this clinic?

If I could do no stars I would, was over an hour before they closed and they wouldn’t take me for my eye. Completely turned me away and was rude when I drove across the city

Look for Another medical clinic. My family doctor worked out of there dropped me without notice because I hadn't seen them in under 24 months and then told me to go get my. Med files from a previous clinic where I met my family doctor she just happened. To move to this clinic.

I have gone to this clinic for over a year. Today, my doctor told me that my clothes stink and berated me for not living a better lifestyle. She had stated that if I was in the hospital in the next week for a stroke, she wouldn't be surprised. Not to only mention that because of my life choices, I may not have long to live. Well, thanks to one of your wrong diagnosis's 5 months ago. She did not want to even sign my disability forms and got annoyed when pressured. I may be looking elsewhere.

I have no complaints on the doctors however the receptionists are absolutely horrid. They snap at you for no reason especially on the phone. Today at 12: 15pm I called my doctor because of a missed call and the receptionist didn't even ask if I could hold or even say hi, I was automatically put on hold then she asked if I wanted to book a follow up appointment I asked her several times what it was for and then she proceeded to hang up on me. When i called back she said I was yelling at her. I'm extremely disappointed as I'm super patient with the receptionists due to their lack of knowledge and communication skills. PLEASE train your receptionist and make sure they have the information they need when they call your patients.

The wait times are always super long. Last time I was in for walk in it was over 3 hours. You never get in on time if you have an appointment either, it’s always a long wait. Only reason I go here is because my doctor is great.

This is the worst clinic and worst receptionist.there is no compassion on this clinic.and nobody will return your call worst worst worst!

Do not go here. The front desk person is horrible. Had to fax multiple times and call multiple times and even then they still got it wrong. I was hung up on multiple times. Just pick up the phone and hang up. Or put on hold and hung up on. Takes 4 weeks to get an appointment.

I brought my daughter there on a Saturday around 1pm. Was in and out in about 1hr. Very happy with the service and care. With a walk in clinic you never know how long you will have to wait. It all depends on how many patients they have. This time I was lucky and they had a slower day.

I went in on Thursday desperately trying to get some medicine as I was having terrible coughing fits losing my breath. When I tried to tell Dr.the symptoms he cut me off saying my chest was clear and gave me a prescription for sinus spray and Reactin. I felt like he just brushed me off maybe because I was one of the last patients seen. I went to my family Dr. (After a very bad weekend) he said I had fluid and raspiness in my lower right lungs and checked 3x just to confirm. Now on strong antibiotics to clear it up which I should have started last week had I been diagnosed properly.

DO NOT GO HERE. No one will return your call or voicemail (if you can leave one)!
Not good for either walk-in or to book appointments. I can't even make an appointment to see a doctor because no one answers the phone. I recently got assigned a family doctor here and I must have called about 12 times total. If I leave a voicemail, no one will return it. When I call back, the voicemail inbox is full. It's September, and this has been going on since the beginning of May. I called again yesterday and today to try and book an appointment and gave up. I understand if businesses may be extremely short staffed, so why are they taking new patients and ignoring them? It's been 4 months of this. I will be reporting this to the WRHA.

Dr. Mohammed is the best doctor I have ever been to. It's like your talking to your best friend he never rushes you always listens to what you have to say. He is very thorough and doesn't take any chances and sends you to specialist if you need them.

Typically do not post online - if I could post (-) star I would after several interactions with what was to be a new medical practitioner for my elder mother as MD retired with one month notice. The doctor returned from grocery shopping post one hour of record taking from a nurse who used spell check more than I have ever seen. Virtual appointments done by students, late (2 hr window to wait for a call), and the medical information is not communicated for follow up the next day. Troubling state of affairs for elderly patients. Good Luck

Refused to take me at 7: 40, nobody waiting, said they stopped taking talk ins at 6.wouldn’t even ask the doctor if he could help me quickly.i explained im out of medication that i NEED to take daily and can’t get in anywhere and just need a prescription refill and she would not help me whatsoever.thanks a lot.

Awful. I took my son there at 6 PM because he was screaming of an ear infection. The receptionists were awful. One told me she wasn’t allowed to help me that she had to wait for the other one. And then the other one proceeded to talk on the phone for at least 20 minutes. She wouldn’t even look at me. When I would try to get her attention to ask for an appointment she would look the other way. I ended up leaving and scrambling to find somewhere else to take my sick child. Absolutely terrible.

Dr. Mohammad is the best doctor i've ever been too! I recommend him to all of my family and friends. He takes the time to listen and is very empathetic and knowledgeable in his practice. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait even with an appointment as they also take walk-in appointments as well as scheduled appointments, but it has never been an excessive wait.

If you set an appointment, you will wait for 2.5 hours to get checked. If you are walking in prepare to wait for 5 hours to see the doctor. The only good thing about this clinic is Dr. Mohammed. He is very thorough and professional. But the wait time does not make sense!

Very unreliable workers, nobody answers the phone. Voice mailbox is always full. Waiting times are 2-3 hours plus even if you show up early for an appointment. Not to mention as a patient my mental health wasn’t taken seriously when talked about, very rude remarks were made. 0 stars from me.

Would give zero stars if I could. Only good thing about my visit with Dr. Mohammed being so kind and professional. I had booked an appointment and went up several times to ask how much longer it would be and I kept being told 2 ahead, 1 ahead. I understand this clinic takes walk ins, but the sign in the office clearly says "appointments prioritized". I waited TWO HOURS past my appointment time. At the 90 min mark I heard the doctor I was scheduled to see (? Dr. Thomas) ask the receptionist to confirm he only had 1 more appointment to see. I then heard him say "okay, Dr. M can see them then". The receptionist then kindly mentioned I had been there for a long time to which the Dr replied "well so have I". I work in Healthcare, I understand things aren't always perfect. But TWO HOURS late.and for the physician to pawn me off on someone else so he could go home. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. Patients first? Not at this place.

Dr. Mohammed was so kind and professional. He took the time to assess my child thoroughly and took his time with us.

I absolutely hate it here. They are too inconsistent. You make appointments and have to wait 20 minutes after the appointment time. What does appointment mean? You walk in and be prepared to spend the rest of your life in the waiting room. And then even when you're called into an office you spend another 30 minutes minimum waiting for the doctor to acknowledge you. The receptionist does not speak up, her volume is below that of a mouse squeak. There is no communication unless you ask. How are they managing? And when you ask you're being told I'm sorry. I didn't leave my home on a Sunday to spend now 3 hours waiting for "I'm sorrys"

Dr. Mohamed is the best doctor me and my family have visited there, he really has taken care of us, he takes his profesion seriously and cares about patients issues. I recommend him to anybody.

Was quoted an hour wait to see a doctor, still waiting 2 and half hours later. Think I have a sprained ankle and just wanted to see a doctor quick to get an X-ray to make sure nothing is broken, been waiting so long now that the X-ray clinic is closed.
