Room has everything you need, bed sheets are white and clean, we got the key at 2: 00am, thanks for letting us in!

I can't really recommend that motel, check out time suppose to be till 11am, the guy owner went around pass 9am and wake me up telling i need to check out, for what reason? I don't know! After i showered and pack my things, around 10am I headed to the office to return the keys, and i ask him I want to have a breakfasts he was nagging and says breakfast was already done!
I was really disappointed for the service and specially his the owner. Suppose to be giving client a good service! So in short.
He want me out of the room that I paid, and never serve the free breakfast!

An average small prairie city motel just beside the Highway 16. Breakfast and WiFi are included with your booking. Free breakfast is just bread, butter, muffin, serial and coffee. I would recommend to bring your own bedsheets, pillow and comforter.

Called a few weeks ago about a room, and told them I would be at the hotel in 2 minutes. When I arrived, no one was at the front desk and I rang the bell, 5 times. Ended up leaving and staying at another hotel down the road.

I highly recommend this place for anyone wanting an affordable and descent place to stay. I forgot my jacket and Lee was kind enough to call me immediately before I left town. Very polite and respectful gentle man!

Excellent motel. Room was exactly what we were looking for and perfectly clean. Coffee was a kiureg and tasty. Staff was delightful. I recommend!

Amazing motel! The gentleman who took my reservation and who greeted me was very friendly, kind and full of advice about the area. The rooms are beautiful! Super clean, very safe and so cozy! Wonderful place to spend a night or two while travelling through Neepawa! Definitely recommend!

We have travelled throughout the world and have nothing but great things to note on our recent summer of 2021 stay at the Neepawa Motel. We have stayed in deadbeat motels to true 5 star accommodations in the last 25 years.

First, ask for Room 111. Owner noted it had new mattresses and appeared to be fairly updated inside with furnishings, wallpaper and bathroom.

Second, for $77 per night plus tax I am not sure what more you could ask for. Ok well breakfast, but blame Covid for that one missing not the owner.

As for the room, it was clean, updated, and quiet. Window A/C. Deadbolt on door. Bathroom was white and fairly updated. For a motel stay, this was an excellent stay. You will not be disppointed.

Plus, the owner is lovely and from South Korea. Moved here to Canada and now bought this property in Neepawa. He loves the town and what Canadian cannot feel good about hearing an immigrant story such as this one? Perfect stay and highly recommend it.

Quick "sleep and go" stay during a long drive, check in quick and polite, paid $10 extra for our little dog. Room OK, but no blow dryer.

Stopped for the night here on the way to saskatchewan. Was very surprised when I got into the room. It was very spacious, clean and the beds were very comfortable. The lady who booked our room, Grace, was very friendly. Hot water in the shower didnt run out. Bathtub/shower could have used a few minor repairs, but other then that it was a very nice room. Would definitely recommend. Price for the night was $80.

The room was so musty and moudly I could barely breathe. The walls were nasty like they've never been washed. For 88 dollars I wouldn't stay here.honestly the air made me feel itchy

Absolutely terrible. Dirty.musty and bathrooms were horrific. Tried to get a refund but wouldnt accommodate the 1st night but we couldnt sleep there due to the musty smell. Went to another hotel that night. Never again.old is fine.musty and dirty is not

Clean, quiet, comfortable room and beds. Very good value for basic motel, includes cont. Bfst, why pay 150 for new and fancy. Friendly Korean Canadian hosts. Take a walk thru interesting town to park, then watch Raptors win at Boston Pizza next door!

Comfortable bed, nice shower, In room Keurig, good hosts, free breakfast at this low price = a great deal!

Okay, I'll admit it. This motel is a little run down. And they have some hot water issues. But the owner, Danny Lee, is probably the nicest guy you could ever meet. And the beds are incredibly comfortable. And they had the prettiest baby blue bedding. When's the last time you stayed anywhere that didn't have those nasty stark white sheets.
You could tell the Lee's have put some work into the place and have added lots of nice little touches like ceramic mugs for coffee instead of paper cups and really cute little round soaps. The continental breakfast was a nice spread and Mr. Lee offered me fresh apples from his trees out back. I would definitely stay here again.
