I had a discovery call with Philip. We discovered early on that Neovation doesn't have a core capability I need for a very specific use case. So instead Philip offered to be a sounding board as I looked into other platforms! He gave me suggestions on what questions to ask the other platforms and offered to be of support if I needed it. What amazing service! It reminded me of an old movie - the "If we don't have it, we'll tell you where to get it" mentality. Goes to show you that this company is 100% on the customer's needs and helping their customers on the eLearning journey. Great job!
