I have a hard time trusting mechanics and have gotten burnt in the past. BUT each and every time I go into Brian he's straight up, has exceptionally fair prices and doesn't try and rob you. He finds the way to make your car safe without "selling you a new car". Which I can't say for other mechanics I've met in the last twenty years. Would HIGHLY recommend!

We had recently had our alternator and battery replaced. Last night our van quit on us on the road. I got it towed back to Ness auto where they fixed the faulty alternator. They covered the repair even though we were weeks over the warranty. Super honest quick and will bring all my vehicle repairs to them moving forward. This is the repair shop to use.

I was brilliant on Sunday night while parking, and misjudged the height of a curb. Ended up mangling the plastic undercar shield. Brian worked his magic, flattened it out, and got it reattached. All within 2hrs. Great value for the service, very friendly and professional. 12/10, would highly recommend! Thanks Brian!

Cannot say enough great things about this business. I have had oil changes, brakes, major engine repairs, and other services done at Ness Auto and have been nothing less than completely satisfied with everything. I never felt like I was being upsold, or talked down to, as at other places. It's nice to be treated like a person, not a number, or dollar sign. It is hard to find good service anywhere these days and I HIGHLY recommend them no matter what type of service you need, and am confident you will not be disappointed! Support local!

Went here to get my air conditioning fixed in the car and in no short days later it STOPPED WORKING. I feel like they didn't even check for a leak and just topped it up. Spent all that money for a service that didn't even last. Dissapointed.

I had a good start with them last year when I first brought my car there however when I came back this year to have my vehicle check due to airbag light that is on including the check engine light, they told me it was a clock spring. As discussed over the phone, Brian told me that the scan is $60 and it's free if they can't fix it. If it can be fixed and I decided not to have it repaired then it will cost me more than $60 for the instrument and sensor scan. I decided not to have it repaired because the price is too steep for me at that time which is $700 plus. I just feel that instead of saving money, I even paid more just to have it looked at without any fixing. They could have just given me a discount and fair price since I went there before to have my oil changed, bought new set of front brakes and rotors and even new set of summer tires. I'm just dissappointed. Maybe I expected more from them. It was like have it fixed for $700+ or we'll charge you more for taking a look at it should you decide to backout on repairing it. As a customer I should have a choice. It's like a win win situation for them. I just feel like I got hussled. Sorry Brian. Anyway, just want to say thanks for the quality service that was provided to me previously. Can't help it if I'll take a look around elsewhere.

Brian is a gentleman and even more. Completely honest guy. Wont beat around the bush and will be upfront and honest. He can predict and almost pin point exactly what the issue may be based on your description of the issues of your vehicle. If he doesn't know, he will tell you to drop it off and he will call you with the exact issue and will quote you over the phone and all he will need is a yes or a no.i trust him blindly without a doubt in my mind about his workmanship. Local mechanic, super honest and extremely friendly, ill always go see him with any vehicle issues and if he cant do it at his shop, he will recommend you to a trusted place where they can help you. So Ness Auto gets 10stars/5stars.keep up the great work Brian:)
