Nest Host

Thank you Nest Host! We’re back after a year and it was still a super cool, clean and comfy place to stay. It had everything we needed, and the location was spot on. Nest Host makes you feel like home!

I really liked it! Nest Host provided us with all the information we needed and showed us around. The flat is just perfect! Kitchen is compact and contains everything one needs.

The bed is comfortable, bathroom are excellent. Location is incredible. I had a great weekend:)

I am currently having a terrible experience. They charge a $500 damage deposit fee, and despite leaving the property clean (garbage taken out, I even wiped the bathroom floor, which was actually dirty). We were also ultra sensitive about noise because there were so many warnings about noise and the charge that would be incurred for said noise. We also checked out early! Now, over a week after my husband and I stayed there, they still haven't refunded our deposit. I contacted the host on verbo; no response. I emailed them; no response. I've called the business; no response. My last resort is going to the address listed on google.
But as of now
We are out $500 (which we really can't afford to be out) with no hopes of getting it back.

P.s. I also read on the Better Business Bureau that someone had a similar experience; they didn't get their money refunded and had no luck in getting a hold of anyone from the company.
