Unreliable, don’t fall for the sales pitch, even at crazy high enterprise rates, with so called Enterprise support, this company is terrible, works ok when it works, but be prepared for long downtime’s when it doesn’t, Starlink will put this company out of business. Good riddance.

I would like to say that is the worst internet I have ever had, they have the nerve to lie to our faces and say “ this is the best you can get” even though I have witnessed them raising the speeds of internet and lowering them. I hope that you all burn in hell

Most horrible customer service and internet provider in the world I’m sure. Do not waste your time and money with this company. There internet services work half the time and the half that they work is slow laggy and inconsistent. And I’m probably being to generous and nice. Absolute garbage internet provider and customer service.

Since they were bought by xplornet they have become the worst supplier for internet service. Since they are our only option we cannot change isp.

Netset had the best customer service. Extremely helpful and friendly. However since they switched to xplornet the customer service is awful. Netset why did you sell to xplornet worst mistake ever!

I’m paying money for a service that they can’t provide for. It’s always cutting in and off. Can’t watch my Netflix without it buffering. It’s like we’re back to the 90’s. Don’t waste your money on them. Horrible service and customer service

Not just the worst internet service provider on earth, but also quite possibly the worst company also. If I were you, I'd only consider acquiring netset's/xplornets services if you literally hate yourself. Honestly I'm quite certain the way this company operates is illegal

If I could rate this company -5 stars I would. These people literally rob you of your money! DO NOT purchase their service if you can avoid it. Absolute thieves in disguise, they should be ashamed for selling people internet of this quality. You will be lucky if your WiFi even works with them. Disgusting.

It was good internet until explore net bought them, now I wouldn't recommend netset to anyone. We have very poor internet, it's always cutting out ever night for the past few months.

Your customer service really sucks. I've been waiting on hold for a representative for over 2 hours today. Ever since Explornet took over it's been a really hassle with your company.

The most absolutely vile, wretched, revolting company in our entire solar system. They are literally the only company that services our area because they buy out everyone else and they force everyone onto 1 tower (probably made of spaghetti noodles). Just disgusting

Not sure if this will even post due to the daily outages. Once again had to try a reset. This is the worst company ever. They have finally lowered their ridiculous prices now that there is competition. Can’t wait to drop them and switch over. It it surprising how such a poor company still exists and never cared about their customers.

I was happy with net set before explorer net took over.now i wouldnt recommend this service provider.poor customer service and poor internet.reallly slow!

The worst isp ever. Can’t watch 1/2 hour of Netflix on lowest download setting without stalling and buffering at least a dozen times. Called tech support 3 times in the last month only to get the usual excuses and an hour of reset this reset that. Then to be told there is to much traffic on the tower nothing we can do about it. If you’re thinking of signing up for netset LTE don’t do it you will be sorry. Will try to find a different Internet provider.

So after 6 months of dropping speeds in high traffic hours, and I use my cell phone data 90% of the time since I can’t connect to wifi in my phone. It’s a farce over there, I left a VOICEMAIL one very early morning and gave specific instructions on when to call me back.guess what NOT A DAMN CALL CAME IN! I had to call them back and tell them YET AGAIN that I have basically no service where we live, tech MEN also tell me that everything looks fine on their end. So if it’s fine why is it NOT working?
I was finally put on with someone who would ACTUALLY LISTEN TO ME AND MY PROBLEMS for the first time since I became a customer. The nice man told me they would send me a new router free of charge (hopefully it is free) with ‘better’ setting set up than the one I had bought at Walmart. Well 3 days later and I have ABSOLUTELY NO INTERNET! Obviously they just like to run their customers around in circles and take their money laughing to the bank.
Very very greedy company.

Constantly slowing down and having to do an antenna reboot. The installation people continue to say nothing wrong. Been told work is being done to fix their tower (for the last year). They know that they are the only game in town for me and don't fix it. The manager keeps giving a price reduction but so what? If it doesn't work well what's the point.

Ever since bought out by Xplornet service has gone down hill at a million miles per hour. Evenings and weekends speeds most times are terrible. Customer service just as bad recently also. Sent an email 5 days ago about poor internet and have yet to receive any type of response. Shameful

I would give zero stars if it was an option. Absolutely the worst internet provider in Westman. Sucks they are the only choice for certain locations as we are forced to put up with their sub par customer service and awful internet service. Internet cuts out several times per hour for 10ish minutes at a time. Not to mention frequently getting below 2.0 MB’s download speed. Have placed multiple calls into customer service and they are no help. Waited on hold twice for 25+ minutes each time. Eventually gave up, and used their technical help chat on their website. They say they have to send a technician out to fix the problem, the scheduling department would call and make an appt for tech.well it’s been 3 days now and still no call to even SCHEDULE a time. This is after we went 96 hours without internet on our corporate account last month. When the tech finally came after 96 hours, he replaced the radio and wiring into the router. I was told by tech support that in the “installers notes” it says the technician was getting “borderline signal strength in current radio position”. How that was acceptable to sign off on is beyond me, but goes to show you what kind of quality you can expect from Netset. Absolute worst service provider in town. Stay away if you have other options.

Reliably unpredictable internet connection. Tech support routinely suggests rebooting radio and router as solution. It is honestly very expensive and a poor service.
