This is one of the BEST massage places in Winnipeg. I've been going here for more than 2 years now! First I went with Justine and now I've been going with Michelle Kramer. Both of the girls are amazing and are so kind! Thank you so much for taking care of me! You girls rock!

My spouse and I always come back to New Leaf Massage Therapy and Sports Rehab because their massage therapists really know how to alleviate our back pains and shoulder: neck stiffness. Melanie and Brooklyn are two of our favourite therapists. They are professional and expert in the treatment that they do. We also love the clean and relaxing ambiance of their massage centre. It’s worth the drive from our place.

Great place! I have had appointments with Mr. Brooklyn, Raylee and Selano, all of them are very knowledgeable and amicable. You feel welcome since the moment you are in the waiting room.

Claire is an incredible RMT and highly recommend if you have sports-related/chronic pain. I got a Graston treatment from her last night and am a little bruised this morning (Graston does this to me more often than not) but holy heck, am I feeling 10/10 this morning. I will definitely be returning!

Justine is amazing. Gets every square inch of all the right places. Sometimes you feel like a wad of dough and she is the baker, but completely in a good way.

The best Massage Therapy place in Winnipeg. If there is available booking take what's available. They fill up very quickly. If you want to see your favorite RMT book at least 3-4 months in advance.

Tabitha is very professional and knowledgeable. Not only does she massage, she incorporates other teniques such as cupping, guasha etc, tayloring the treatment to your specific needs.

I used to not enjoy massages at all but after developing arthritis I have found massages at New Leaf very good. While my massage therapist is on maternity leave, I have seen several therapists here and they have all been great. I’m currently getting treatment for a shoulder injury which is really helping. Highly recommend this place!

I love New Leaf Massage! The atmosphere inside is very cute and I love the decor. I see Michelle and she gives one of the best messages I’ve had in many years. She listens to what I ask (more pressure, less pressure, pain point focus, etc.) The techniques she uses are very interesting and more effective than other places I’ve been and I’m very happy with services.

Justin has been my go-to massage therapist ever since I suffered from upper back and neck pain resulting from bad posture a few years back. Whether I’m in for a nice relaxing massage or need some serious deep tissue work for pain release, I always leave feeling great!

I've been seeing Justin at New Leaf for a while and I would recommend him to anyone. He always assesses and listens to any issues I'm having and targets those spots during treatment. I have tense legs and shoulders and he is able to treat these areas so that I haven't had any real issues with them in a long time. 10/10 recommend!

New Leaf is a great, friendly and clean environment. Specifically the RMT Justin is fantastic. He takes his time with you and never fails to make you feel good by the end of the session! I had a fairly good experience with Taliah. I've had a relaxing massage, but on another appointment when I asked for therapy massage I got the same (good) thing.

I have been seeing Justin at New Leaf Therapy on and off for a few years now. I have always been hesitant to receive massages or sports rehabilitation as I was nervous about my physical state. Honestly, I think everyone would benefit from seeing Justin. Whenever I leave, I feel so mobile and relaxed. I am an office worker so I get a mix of a back massage then lower body in 1 60 minute session and feel restored every time. If you are open about what hurts and what you need, he will work with you over a period of time. The staff are always very friendly, the new location is gorgeous and his music is awesome. Super super friendly staff, direct billing and Genuine results. 110% recommend seeing Justin @ New Leaf in Osborne Village. (Free parking right in front) also. I started investing time in my myself about 3-4 years ago on my physical well-being.and I promise, it’s Worth every penny-, never too late!

I went here to find a massage therapist/for some therapeutic massaging to work on my problem areas. I was referred here by a friend, and referred specifically to Taliah. She was great! She really worked on my problem areas, and put great effort into my first appointment. After my first appointment I booked my next one, she’s worth it! Highly recommend. The location is also very nice, clean and presentable!

I am a client of Gill Bridges and she has been consistently professional, friendly, and listens well to what issues I am having. I was waking up with pain throughout the night and haven't had any since seeing her!

They have many talented massage therapists. I am self employed and often get appts on short notice when i need it and they can usually accommodate me which is great with my busy schedule.
