Niakwa Pizza St. Norbert

I want to rate them higher, I really do. The pizza ranges from OK to pretty good depending on the day and is always very salty, even by Niakwa standards. Sometimes baked well and crispy, and sometimes not so much. The front area and as much as cam be seen of the back is very clean and staff are always friendly.

There's a randomness to the lunch slices that I can't really get an answer on. When I was turned away because it was too late, it was understandable. When I arrive at 11: 55 a.m. And the slices aren't ready yet or I come in just after 1 and they're sold out and not making more.it just makes it easier to stop somewhere else. I've asked more than once when slices are available at lunchtime. I still don't know because the "time" answers are vague. Out of the dozen or so times I've wanted lunch here, I've successfully secured slices only twice. Partially because it seems they follow the school year, which I get, but the hours do change without notice. It would be helpful to know is lunch from noon to 1? 11: 30 to 1: 30? Changing depending on the school schedule?

Running a restaurant in a suburb definitely comes with challenges and I want to support this local business so I guess my option is to stick to occasional dinnertime meals.

I AM STARTING AT TOP AS I COULDNT FIGURE OUT HOW TO AD A RESPONSE TO YOURS…THAT IS A COMPLETE LIE BUT VERY NICE TRY TO COVER UP YOUR MISTAKE! LIKE WHY WOULD I BRING BACK THAT PIZZA IF IT WAS GOOD? To waste my time so that doesn’t even make sense AND YOU TOLD ME THERES A NO REFUND POLICY JUST CREDIT BUT IN REAPONSE YOU SAID YOUVE GIVEN ME REFUNDS ITS A 100% LIE! I HAVE REPORTED TO HEALTH & SAFETY AS YOU SHOULDNT SERVE BAD MEAT AND I HAVE NEVER EVER COMPLAINED UNTIL THIS TIME AND YOU DID NOT OFFER THE MILKSHAKE AT ALL IT WAS ME TRYING TO TEACH YOU ON CUSTOMER SERVICE! So in future check your ingredients before serving and HOW DARE YOU BLATANTLY LIE ABOUT ME OR MY FAMILY! Wow great customer service! May be clean in front but who knows what the back looks like …. All good and shouldn’t have even went this far to be honest had you had more experience in the industry!

I have been ordering from st norbert niakwa and my kids too since it opened so we were very great customers and today we received a bad pizza to the point of my daughter-in-law who is pregnant vomiting and we all spit it out! When I called we were treated horribly as I asked for a milkshake instead because we no longer wanted a pizza obviously so while i understand mistakes happen I don’t understand why I was treated in such a horrible manner and i even returned the pizza so she knew we weren’t fibbing…. As faithful and long time customers she proceeded to say we could no longer come there and I am shocked as it was Niakwa who made the BAD pizza and we decided to just have 1milkshake instead but if i did that we would lose our $20!
I have never experienced this kind of treatment EVER nor would i ever treat my loyal customers this way so please all check your meat because honestly I could even report to Health Standards but won’t do that because as I said mistakes so happen but WOW!

Amazing pizza! You can tell they use quality ingredients.mmmm Bothwell Cheese:) Staff is very warm and welcoming and will go out of their way to make sure every order is right. Congrats and welcome!
PS: Milkshakes are GREAT!

Ordered pizza and greek salad the other night and I was very impressed. Pizza was tasty and the salad was very good.
