Outstanding service and experience overall. Locked myself out of my house Saturday night and was so grateful to get ahold of this company after hours! Ian was at my house in about 15 minutes. I then decided to have my locks rekeyed and a new deadbolt replaced the following week. Professional, on time and reasonable rates. Very happy with this company!

I don’t need a locksmith often but Nobel is my go to when I do… been using them for thirty years and they’ve never let me down.

Service was fast, work was well done, and the serviceman was polite. Couldn't ask for better service.

Just wanted the job done right (non-emergency work) and called Noble because they seemed to have a good name, but I assumed the price was going to be on the high-side. Was pleasantly surprised how very reasonable the price was. Guy knew what he was doing, friendly, came when he said he would. Two thumbs up!

Got locked out of my house and someone arrived within 20 minutes to unlock my doors. Provided options to prevent issue from happening again (sticky door knob that would lock). Made keys on the spot. Fast, prompt & courteous service. Highly recommend

I work near this business and had to get keys made in a pinch. Was hoping they could cut a key that a box office store couldn't. I Walked in, was warmly greeted by a man who was cutting someone else's keys. Meanwhile someone else comes out of the back to help the person in front of me. No problem, I'll wait my turn. But I didn't have to because a third person came from the back to help me. They took my key without me needing to remove it from my clunky key chain and within seconds I had a key! He was so fast I had another made. Meanwhile, a 4th employee came from the back and asked if anyone needed assistance!
The service was extremely friendly, fast and affordable. Clean organized space. My only regret was only seeing their custom key stand on my out. Might go back just to get a palm tree key!

My neighbour's 3 year old had locked himself inside the apartment, and I called Noble on her behalf as she does not speak much English. Not only did they send someone immediately, but before they arrived, the kid actually unlocked the door so we didn't need their services. I called back to let them know, and they were kind enough not to charge anything even though it was an after-hours dispatch. The driver also called back once he arrived just to double check that everything was okay before he left. So even though we didn't need their services, the customer service was top-notch and very friendly. I would 100% call them again if needed. Thank you!

Positive experience. As soon as I walked in, greeted and had 2 sets of keys cut and given 2 calendars all within 5 minutes and out the door!

They were able to make keys for my e-bike the same day. Awesome service, extemely reasonable price. Can't say enough about them. Thanks guys!

I would highly recommend Noble Locksmith! I had two copies of key cut today and they got done in just about two minutes and cost only $8 (to be precise $8.41).

This well oiled machine known as Noble Locksmith, from start to finish were on time, committed and every single person I had the pleasure of coming into contact with (Mike at storefront, and the two indivuals dispatched) were nothing but respectful. It is no surprise they came so highly recommended by my fellow associates in the real estate network!

Not only did I have a time sensitive/building security issue, it was also complex on some of the deepest levels the rabbit hole known as "apartment building syndrome" that you could take oneself.

The lock my building had was discontinued and special order YET Mike SOMEHOW hunted the specialty replacement dowm in less than 24 hours (humbly insisted luck had a large part.) yet, from personal experience every other company gave a solid show followed with a fruitless run-around, EXTREMELY OVERPRICED the estimate on labour/parts). Etc. They also keyed and issued my entire building set of new keys on the spot.

We can't thank you enough!

Very disappointed!
My appt window was 10am-noon. No call; nothing followed. They did NOT show up. When I called to share my disappointment, NOT even an apology.

Expect more from a Winnipeg Company that has been around so long.

Quick and friendly service! Had to get 2 keys cut and I waited maybe 5 minutes. I would definitely recommend.

I went to probably 10 different lock smith before going here. JUST GO HERE they are the best in the city.

Locked myself out this morning. And the spare set of keys fell down between our steps and the house. Chris showed up within an hour, got me in, AND managed to rescue hook my keys from between the steps and house!
10/10 wild use again and recommend!

Asked the guy to make me two post box keys. Both didn’t work. Not going to waste my time with these guys.

Had a great experience here. Got 2 keys cut, excellently fair price, great and friendly customer service. The cut was good too! Never a problem with their keys. I will definitely recommend!

Absolutely AMAZING customer service. Completely knowledgeable and professional. Couldn’t be happier. I had some older locks and needed multiple services. Eek. I wish I could remember the young mans name but he handled every obstacle and last minute thing I asked for. He was gracious and completely adaptable to what I needed. Which was a lot. I have a crazy amount of different doors with locks.

Fast, friendly and very reasonably priced. We had a door latch snapped off and jammed. Their technician Rod was there in about an hour, got the job done fast and even fixed the sticking jamb with a dremel. Call center was very polite as well. What more could you want?

We got new locks for our entire property. It was somewhat last minute, I called wanting to pick up the next day - Mike was very accommodating and put real effort into our order, we live 3 hours out of Winnipeg so it's incredibly helpful to work with someone that can appreciate that and is flexible with our needs. He's very personable - honestly our whole transaction was just lovely AND he didn't try to up-sell us he recommended products based on true needs and facts. Whenever we've needed something from Noble, they have responded very quickly. A new lock a few weeks ago was installed the same day as ordered. Today I asked for pricing on some additional security measures and the technician was at our shop within 2 hours to look at the work we needed.

I called Michael at 730am, he was here by 815 am (this was not an emergency as i was in the warmth of my house). I just asked him to make it here at some point today and he was here in 45 minutes. My lock was frozen and it needed to be replaced. He replaced the lock with in half an hour, made sure over and over that it was working properly. He gave me tips and tricks of what to do to prevent the lock from freezing as well as what to do if it does freeze. I got a small bottle of oil in case of emergency as well. He was very friendly, very professional, and if anything goes wrong, I will be contacting him directly again. The price was more than reasonable and the service was awesome. Thank you Michael!

These guys helped me out of a tough situation with a 46 year old glove box lock assembly. Now it works perfectly.

I had something stuck in my car trunk lock. Today was almost minus 40 degrees out, the guy came outside and using special tool (and bare hands) managed to figure out and fix the problem at NO CHARGE. Nothing is free anymore but this guy wouldn't take a cent. If you have ANY need for a locksmith, these are the guys you want to do business with!
