Enjoyed a great evening the other night along with colleagues… a delicious menu (special menu for the first Friday of the month) and great beverages…! Loved the atmosphere and décor… awesome service!

Absolutely go for the Bannock and Beer experience. Amazing time and great event for a small group! Hats off to Trevor and all the staff and can't say enough good things about it all! Latest sour is a treat and look forward to seeing what comes next!

Came on a date night for a beer and dinner. They didn’t have a table. No problem sat at the bar top to wait for a table. They sit us directly in front of a speaker that is eye level. Can’t even hear each other talk. We ask for a menus and make it clear we are here to have food. They tell us they have a table ready, and can move us. Wonderful, they put us in the back corner with a table so small there is no way to dine. With another speaker again basically sitting under the chair. The beer is mediocre. Definitely will never be back.

Nonsuch Brewery was great! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful with the wide selections of beer. The atmosphere is amazing and I would highly recommend this for a beautiful date night. I didn’t have an opportunity to try the guest chefs menu, but the beers were amazing.

We held a work function there for ~30 people. The space was perfect for what we wanted, a comfortable place for us all to sit in groups, talk, relax and walk around to mingle.

The team here were fantastic meeting our needs and worked on a menu for us and even helped adjust at the last second.

The food was delicious and ample with a great choice for the different dietary requirements that we had.

Lastly, the drink choice were kept everyone happy with a range of beer and wine that everyone found something they liked.

Amazing atmosphere. Super unique for Winnipeg and service was spectacular! Shared a few small plates and loved the cocktails. A must try spot!

Some of the best food I’ve had ever in a welcoming and all around fantastic atmosphere! Coming from out of town I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for a great experience in Winnipeg.

Great atmosphere, service, food and drink. Default tipping option of 20% or more with no option for custom % leaves a sour taste at the end of a great experience. Pay your staff more and stop making customers subsidize bad wages. I don't care if you have to charge more for the products.

Atmosphere was amazing. Great service. The cheese cake was to die for. We had the non alcoholic wine. Irish Red and Old Ale X. Tasted amazing. I look forward to going back and trying the food options.

Never been to the restaurant (excited to try it soon!), but we've been ordering their beer for delivery since October and they never disappoint. Prompt service, delicious varieties of drinks, and the most friendly, warm, amazing staff. They're so helpful and great. We're always super impressed. Their meat pies are our favorite! Definitely worth trying. Nonsuch is the best local brewery we know.

Very special place here in Winnipeg. Unique setting with fantastic food options with equally pleasing presentation. Enjoyed a few of the beer selections that evening, highly recommend the raspberry sour. The staff were also great, pleasant attitude and answered all questions.

I attended as a guest for The Director's Guild of Canada 25th Anniversary, which was hosted by Nonsuch in the Fall of 2022. They more than provided a touch of class, elegance, and casual vibe all at the same time.

Very few breweries in Canada out the time, care and attention into their beer like this place. Tap Room is also absolutely stunning. Will be back next time I’m in Manitoba

Such an amazing vibe and great service! They have really been expanding their menu and even their drinks selection! We tried this wine selection for the first time and it was nice and light which was great for our pick me up foods we chose. The burger was pretty bomb! Can’t wait to go again!

Fantastic experience! Food was great service was fast and Trevor was one of the best servers we’ve ever had. Can’t recommend enough!

Fantastic beers, they absolutely nailed the interior of the place and it’s got a very cool retro vibe that is manicured to perfection. Food is limited but tasty, mostly a snack and share type vibe. Was lucky enough to catch some live music there once, they should really do that more, it was a smooth jazz ensemble and it really elevated the ambiance. Great spot to relax, have a few stellar beers, and take in the uniqueness (to Winnipeg) of the spot.

Update: I came here in fall of 2022 and he’s a pleasant experience. I was saddened to see the golden umbrellas gone but they have a neat room off to the left with really cool ceiling accessories to it make up lol! We had a couple of beers on tap, and our server was very attentive and polite. He recommended an amazing beer that met the description of a beer we were hoping to have! We were rushing to see a show shortly after and our server was so fast to come back with the bill! Great experience, I’m excited to go back and try out some grub next time. 10/10 would recommend

We came as a small group for a work dinner, and everything was lovely! The rooms are cosy with pleasing décor, and the staff is attentive and very helpful. We asked for recommendations for sharing plates, and our server did not disappoint in her choices. I would not hesitate to book again for work, and look forward to visiting again soon for sips and snacks of an evening.

Loved this brewery! It had a swanky, cool feel to it. The chairs were plush and comfortable. I had the Belgian blonde and IPA. The blonde was my favorite for sure! Would definitely come back.

Overall really good food and a nice atmosphere, had a burger, chips and pasta all were delicious. We were with another couple and their food looked delicious also. Service was disappointing, food took a very long time to come. One person at the table was only drinking water and the water was empty before any food arrived and was never refilled.
