I cannot believe how awesome the service is here. I had repairs with two different work computers that I needed fixed ASAP! Rui was extremely busy both times I was there and he still managed to squeeze me in and get my computers working again. Top notch!
I also just bought a new computer through him and he was extremely reasonable and he somehow managed to get every work program I had downloaded and ready to use instantly! It was almost as though I didn't even get a new computer. No setup required at all! Highly recommend!

Thought my laptop was finished. Without losing any data, pictures etc. Rui got my laptop running like new again.
Also, had an old Toshiba, Windows Vista laptop,
The laptop itself was useless, but, Rui was able to transfer all data to another portable hard drive.

I had a 10 year old gaming computer that was on its' last legs and instead of putting a bullet in it I decided to see if it could get an extension on life. My son twigged me onto NBT and Mr. Diaz and I have never met anyone as knowledgeable and ethical in this field as him. I just got an immediate feeling that whatever he saw as the problem (s) was legit and after a successful operation at a reasonable cost, I now have a unit that should give me service for another 5 years at least. Had a horrible pre-built pc from Uniway, thing was beyond terrible, it broke within a year. But NBT brought it back to life! Helped me find the proper parts and always kept my best interests in mind, and made sure it didn't hurt my wallet too much! I had a Dell laptop that was having issues with its battery. Through the experience I have nothing but good things to say about this shop. The laptop was fixed quickly and he was incredibly helpful explaining the problem. This will be my go-to place for repairs.

Even tho all I had was a password reset but just like some of the reviews are right great service and friendly and fast nevertheless I would recommend going here and im going there if I need an upgrade or in need of a laptop for my daughter's schooling when she gets there.

Riu the owner went out of his way to diagnose my desktop concern. Unfortunately the computer was too old and the motherboard was shot. He suggested a number of other solutions and i will be going back in a day or so to discuss further. Would recomend his business without hesitation.

About a month ago I brought my computer in to get it fixed, the issue I was having was everytime I booted up my computer it would blue screen a couple times. The issue seemed to be fixed but after two weeks or so it started to blue screen again, I would've left a one star but he installed an ssd for me.

Would give 10 stars if allowed. Rui is amazing in his service and dedication to his customers. He has been our "go-to" guy for several years!

I’ve used and owned a personal computer since the early 80’s. Desktops and laptops. Over the years I’ve had a lot of contact with IT guys and have done quite a bit of work inside desktop units myself. Laptops however, I have never opened one up. When my laptop wouldn’t boot up I did some Googling, performed what actions were recommended up to opening up the laptop.
Searching for a computer repair site, I stumbled across NBT. Reviews were nothing but 5’s. My experience was the same. Great customer service. (The best I’ve ever encountered) Repairs done quickly and at a very fair price. Do yourself a favour and visit this store before spending any money on computer hardware or software.

After more than 10, years my old computer my computer started acting up. I called Nothing But Tech and spoke to Rui. He determined that the issue was on of my video cards was failing. After discussing upgrading the computer, I decided it was time for a new computer. Rui built an awesome system for me.

Rui was very helpful, knowledge and he responded to my questions quickly. Rui also never a high pressured salesman. He wanted to make sure I was okay with the price and the system I wanted.
