I was at Nxt Lvl today for a cross fit competition. Nice facility. They maintained the bathrooms very well, considering the high volume of people that were there today. It seemed nicely organized as well.

This gym is amazing. Full of great welcoming members, clean and organized. The coaches are thorough and helpful. The workout was fun and exhausting. Exactly what you hope for. You can really tell the owners are in it for the community and helping people reach their goals.

The best owners and staff. An outstanding facility.amazing attention to details. And a true compassionate nature from everyone. A really great place to take in some fitness.

My favourite part of my day is my hour at NXT LVL. I love the programming, coaches and workouts and they always offer many scaling options if needed, so it doesn't matter what fitness level you're at. As much as it's a CrossFit gym, it is more of a family as everyone is friendly and encourages you to be better. I couldn't ask for a better happy place!

Having an awesome time here since the day i started crossfit, which is February 2022. Justin, the coaches and everyone else at the gym are such nice people. They all make you feel welcomed and the gym has such an inclusive and positive environment. I'm loving it!

I started with NXTLevel only a short while ago, but am totally hooked. The Owner and Coaches have created just the most wonderfully inclusive, growth mindset, come as you are environment. Entering on the first day I was greeted warmly by the staff and the other patrons/athletes. Everyone is eager to encourage and help one another. Included when I signed up were private coaching sessions to “level up”. These are super helpful as the coach is able to assess your body patterns and teach the complex lifts with proper form. The workouts are challenging, but as a beginner, totally scalable to where a person is at. Each day is different and fun in its own way. I look forward to growing with this gym.

Amazing gym! They have knowledgeable staff that help you move well and motivate you to push through workouts. The space is clean and organized with top of the line equipment.

Straight-up awesome gym! Super-positive atmosphere. The coaching is fantastic - encouraging, skilled attention to movements and detail. I am older (40s), with a ton of injuries and I immediately was welcomed by the staff and the coaches adapted amazing programming for my injuries right away. Facilities and equipment are kept in impeccable condition. Everything you need for xfit, Olympic lifting, powerlifting, gymnastics movements and more. The programming is balanced, fun, and as killer as you want to go. Programming is super-inclusive from novice beginners to workout-ninjas. Can’t say enough good things about my time so far at NXT LVL!

NXT LVL Performance was the first gym I joined since after having my son. I was hesitant at first but that all quickly changed. The NXT LVL coaches are great at making you feel comfortable and confident in your abilities. Whether you're 18 or 55+, this is a place for everyone!

I was so sick of going to a typical gym and working out on machines or on my own. I wanted to find something new.

I decided to do CrossFit despite knowing 0 idea about. The coaches where amazing with providing the foundations and guiding me to do skills effectively. They’re there all throughout and is more than happy to provide recommendations and advices. The community as well has been amazing, so inclusive, so kind, so free of judgement!

All I could say is I made the right fitness decision on this one.

Tried a few classes for their Bring A Friend Week last year & was hooked instantly! The coaches are very welcoming, patient, inspiring, knowledgeable, approachable, and super friendly. They really make the members feel comfortable in this space, but at the same time still challenge us & push us to be better and stronger.

NXT LVL has had such a positive impact on my life and I am so thankful to be a part of this community. From the newly updated facility and equipment, to the well-educated coaches/trainers, and to the supportive members.this is what truly makes NXT LVL such a positive atmosphere.

Qualified coaches at NXT LVL, always did a great job in breaking down and clarifying each and every workout. Not to mention, the safe and progressive warm-ups, have helped prevent many future injuries. No warm-ups or workouts ever felt rushed and the coaches were always good at time management.

The owners, Justin and Jill have done a fantastic job of keeping this gym in amazing shape. Their passion for CrossFit and the community really shows and is reflected at the success NXT LVL has demonstrated in the past couple of years. This is one gym I can see myself being a part of long-term and I highly recommend NXT LVL to everyone and anyone who is looking to get fit (no matter the shape you are in) and to be a part of one of the most inclusive gyms in Winnipeg. I signed up just a couple of weeks ago and I’m having a blast. The coaches are really friendly and patient with me since I’m very new to all the movements. I came in to try it couple of times before with my friend and loved the workouts and so glad I signed up.

First and foremost the growth of the facility is exceptional. It’s done a great job increasing the quality of the equipment, the usage of space and the overall look of the building. However where this gym loses points on; is how its changed its approach to the community aspect of Crossfit. At one point this place was incredibly warm and welcoming to EVERYONE.

However from what I’ve recognized, around a year and a half ago theres been a mindset change in the ownership and I feel its no longer about the people but more about making a profit. Theres been many rule changes and questionable behaviours from others outside of the owners that have heavily impacted how I now look at this gym.

Nxt LVL used to be a 2nd home to me and many others and was by far the best gym in the city; this place changed my life in many ways and I’m forever grateful for the people I’ve met and the memories I’ve made here. Finding a middle ground between cultivating community and making money is what I believe will bring this gym to the top.

NxtLVL is the best part of my day! The community Justin and Jill have built is just so fantastic. The NxtLVL team is committed to improving the gym each and day. After two years away from CrossFit, NxtLVL pulled me back in with the welcoming space, the programming, the coaches, and the fun events. It feels like home. I can't wait to see what amazing ways this gym will grow in the future!

Crossfit at its very best. Owner and couches are knowledgeable and willing. They have something for all ages and fitness levels. This is not your typical "GYM" This gym is NXT LVL!

One of the best if not THE BEST gyms in the city. World class coaches that will be there to guide you in any area you need help with. The vibes within the community in the gym is outstanding and such a positive environment that you’d enjoy every workout. Don’t take my word for it, try out a class and see for yourself.

This has rebranded/ been taken over by NXT LVL Performance. I've only been doing crossfit for a year approximately, but this is the best gym i've ever been to. The coaches are super knowledgeable and able to pick up on bad habits quickly and everyone who works out here is super friendly
