Thank your to the Oasis team for the excellent service for our new liner repair. Jay for the sales side, and Ivan and the team were an absolute pleasure to deal with during the repair. Our pool looking brand new and we really appreciate it.

We’ve been personally taken care of by Jay, a manager at Oasis, through the purchase of our new hot tub. This was the first luxury purchase for my partner and I. From shopping, signing, purchase, set up, and start up maintenance, Jay has been incredibly knowledgable and supportive throughout the entire process.

We live in Elie MB and Jay has had no issue in accommodating us by making calls to help/check in on us and our tub. He’s made multiple trips to come out and see the area, and check in person to make sure the tub was up and running and making sure we understand the long term maintenance.

Absolutely recommend coming here for your spa purchases and be professionally and personally taken care of. Thank you Jay!

This morning one of there trucks was tailgating every car from Waverly Height past St.vital. Bald over Wright Idoit! Doing about 100km down Bishop. Peeling out every chance he had. Swerving in and out of cars. Good way to rep.the company. Hope it catches up to him. BLOODY IDIOT!

We needed to replace our in ground pool liner. We chose to order a new liner through Oasis (who we hadn't worked with before) and we highly recommend this company and their staff! Our sales person was Jay Lemieux and he was very helpful in getting our project going and completed. He was understanding and patient as we started the project as we weren't sure, initially, if we would be able to repair our old liner. Ivan Mestrovic was our Renovations Manager. Once they removed the old liner, he explained what needed to be done, answered our questions and gave us a time frame. Our project also involved Kian and Lucas who were absolutely amazing to work with. Ivan, Kian and Lucas put in a lot of work on some very hot days and continued no matter the excessive heat. They answered any questions we had. Kian came every day and kept the project progressing. They kept the work area very clean and were true to their word on their time line as well. These three men are very talented in their craft.
We highly recommend Oasis Pools and look forward to continue to work with them as we enjoy our pool in the years to come.

We recently had our semi-inground pool installed and we couldn't be happier with how our experience was with both Rande Zechoval and Steve Hudson. Beginning with Rande who guided us through all the steps, explaining thoroughly what to expect throughout the process. Whenever we had a question Rande was very quick to respond and was always happy to help with anything we needed throughout the project. When we got to the build, Steve and his crew worked extremely hard through some crazy hot days, and then through some very wet and rainy days as well, and because of their hard work they had our pool installed and ready to use within a week and a half of the first dig. Throughout it all, Steve would call/email us updates daily to make sure we knew exactly what was going on and what the next steps would be which was very appreciated. With a purchase of this size, we couldn't have had two better people helping us through the process and made it as stress-free as possible.

My wife and I purchased a Caldera Seychelles spa a couple of months ago, and have it installed and up and running now. We couldn't be happier with our purchase; it is an amazing spa, very good quality!
Rande was our Sales Person, and he was so informative, professional, and helpful during our purchase, as well as during an instruct (where he personally came to our home to ensure we were absolutely comfortable with all the controls and chemicals). It was a great pleasure to meet and deal with Rande! Amazing service!

We bought an above ground pool recently and had the pleasure of being served by Jay Lemieux. He made the pool buying experience stress free as there is a lot to know about pools and he was very informative. He took the time to ensure that we could have all of our questions answered and was patient while we were deciding what type of pool to buy. There was no pressure in the sale. He just wanted us to be happy with the purchase. The pool bought is of great quality and we couldn’t be happier. Thanks Oasis for the many memories to come with our new pool! We purchased a HotSpring hot-tub and couldn’t be happier with our purchase. Jay Lemieux was a pleasure to deal with. From the order, delivery, set up and follow thru the service from Oasis was very professional and awesome. Jay was fantastic by stopping by our house and making sure our hot-tub was properly; chemically balanced and re-reviewing the various options. We are glad, we choose Oasis Leisure Centre.

Please read the other one star reviews before purchasing anything from here. They buy 5 star reviews from people in exchange for free chemicals. Probably to limit the bad reviews from being seen. We bought our spa here two years ago and it’s been a nightmare dealing with them. I’m literally willing to forfeit my warranty just so I don’t have to deal with them anymore. I agree with all of the other 1star reviews customer service is awful, it is impossible to get ahold of anyone, parts never come in a timely fashion, and jay is the worst. Please go somewhere else and avoid the headache I wish I had!

Had a great experience buying a Caldera Spa from Oasis! Darrin Jorowski and his team did an amazing job. Jay Lemieux went above and beyond and drove out to my home to make sure I understood how to use all the cool features on the tub. The installation team with Dustin and Amanda at the office, all provided exceptional service. I truly felt that they valued my business and wanted to make sure that I was over 100% satisfied with my purchase.

The front desk staff are the face of the location. The staff may change but they always smile and greet you. Been a loyal customer for ten years. I go here for accurate fast water tests and some chemicals when in need for my pool and hot tub. As for everything you buy, know your prices.

The parts department personnel is an absolute joke. In no less than 10 phone calls and 5 visits over a 10 month period, it was impossible to get anything ordered, attempted to order or even find out if parts are available. I would never use this store again if parts were t so proprietary.

We’ve had nothing but poor customer service at this store. Would give a ZERO if we could. Ian in parts is absolutely TERRIBLE. Never get call backs. Hard to get ahold of. If parts came in we never get a call for pick up. Management, we will NEVER return. Poor staff knowledge except for 1 lady that does water analysis.
Arctic Spas have been more help and accommodating.

The worst customer service you will ever experience. If I knew it would have been this poor I would have never bought from them.

We purchased a hot tub back in February and were new to the setup process (especially being winter). Jay, our salesperson was extremely helpful throughout the whole process, not only going over all the products with us on the phone but also dropping by in person to make sure we were comfortable with everything and that our spa was good to go. Not only that, the two installers were awesome (I wish i remembered their names) They were both extremely knowlegeable, well spoken guys who definitely deserve credit for their customer service skills.

We bought a hotspring spa from Jay Lemieux a few months ago and would highly recommend buying from him. Our experience with Jay and his team have been nothing but excellent. He is very knowledgeable and helped us every step of the way! We love our spa and we are also looking forward to our in ground pool this summer. Thanks for all your help Jay!

We bought our hot tub from Oasis this year, I have nothing but good things to say about the team at Oasis. Jay Lemieux was our sales rep, he was amazing! The delivery from Dustin and Adam was great as well. Very happy with our service:)

We put an in-ground pool in our backyard a couple years ago with Oasis. We worked very closely with Chris Rowan to do everything and our experience could not have been better. From start to finish it was an extremely quick, smooth and painless process. Chris was there everyday on the job and he answered all of our questions and made sure everything was done perfectly! Even after the build when we had questions about how to use the pool equipment etc he was readily available to help us out. I can’t say enough great things about how great our experience was and I highly recommend Chris, and Oasis for any of your pool needs.
We also just recently got a hot tub from Oasis as well and Jay helped us pick the perfect one for our needs. He was very friendly and helpful and even came down after it was delivered to show us how to properly balance the water. He was a great help!
