After moving from Edmonton, I had to find a new dentist here in the city. I'm super happy with Odyssey Dental as they corrected my fillings and made me feel quite comfortable! Really good place!

Dr David is an amazing dentist. He’s nice, patient and caring. The appointments never feel rushed and he genuinely wants to help you and improve your oral health.
I also recommend him to anyone with dental trauma, he is so understanding and explains everything in detail so you know exactly what’s happening.

Everyone that attended to me from the front desk to the dentist was amazing. I got answers to all my questions and left the place very happy. The environment was well organized and neat.

I've been seeing Doctor Jerry Baluta since the mid 1980's and always had a wonderful experience. Over the years I've seen other dentists and hygienist at the clinic as well. Everyone working there from the front desk staff, hygienist to the doctors (dentists) are kind, patient and caring individuals.

The particular visit on Aug. 17,2021 I came in for a cleaning which was way overdue because of my own neglect for personal reasons. I was ashamed & embarrassed but my hygienist (Taryn) was amazing. She was very kind, compassionate, understanding and professional. She did an amazing job and made me feel much more at ease. Also gave me names of toothpaste that will help me at home with the care of my teeth.
After my x-ray Dr. Baluta did an overall check up & he too was very caring and compassionate.

I've always wanted to post a review but just kept forgetting, so this time it's a long one. Lol.
Now being in the times of Covid etc, the clinic is highly following the protocols to keep the patients and staff safe.

Not only were they able to get me in quickly when I had troubles with my tooth, but this was by far the least painful extraction I have EVER had. Usually there's swelling and throbbing the next day, but I had no such trouble this time. I also have trouble taking freezing, but Dr. David was amazing! He made sure that nothing hurt during the procedure, even giving a second dose of freezing when the first one didn't fully take, and removing the tooth with quick efficiency. I'm very impressed and would definitely recommend this place, and especially Dr. David.:)

I have been going to Odyssey Dental since I was a kid. I have always had great experiences at Odyssey and would recommend to anyone who asks!

First time there and they went above and beyond. All the staff were so kind and addressed all the questions I had and made me feel so comfortable.

Odyssey dental is so great, I had an infection and they saw me the next morning and in and out in 20 min. Dr. Cook is wonderful.

Every time I go, it is a very good experience. They are always careful of my teeth and my concerns are always met. Great advice on taking care of my teeth

Havent been to a dentist in years. They took the anxiety away with a smile and a friendly atmosphere. Explained all the work needed to be done and made a plan to get it done. First place that explained the insurance coverage. Would highly recommend.

I am so happy I found this dentist office. It was my first consultation appointment and everything went very well. All the staff made me feel very comfortable and were very knowledgeable at what I needed to have done. I will be staying here for my dental care.

It went very well. Joan is very gentle and thorough. If you are having an issue with a tooth she is careful not cause any discomfort for you.

I have been going to Dr J Baluta since he was at The Bay in Kildonan Place. He was an amazing dentist, so when he moved to his own dental place, I went with him.
I knew that he was a very caring conscious person and any staff he would hire would be the best of the best!
I was always scared of dentists until I met Dr Baluta. I can honestly say neither the dentists or hygienists have every been anything but gentle and professional.
The front office staff are always friendly and welcoming. Dr Baluta would have it no other way.
I have recommended this dental place to at least 50 people over the years especially to those who have had a bad experience or have been hurt. I know many did go and are still with him.

I had the most amazing experience from Odyssey Dental Care! I had fractured one of my molars and needed attention right away. I called about 4 clinics and they couldn’t take me in (understandably). Im so happy to have cracked my tooth in front of this dental clinic because they looked after me despite most of the dentists being double booked! Im from Alberta, didn’t have my health card or my insurance information, only pictures. In about 45 minutes since walking in, I walked out of the clinic with my tooth temporarily fixed! Thank you Dr. Jerry for taking such great care of me despite the last minute booking! And the receptionists were amazing! You guys rock!

I've been going to this place for over 30 years I don't think there is anything better just look at the track record this is the best. Dr baluta is the best we have in this city and I am proof of his work. Don't look further this is your new dentist.

Love coming here, and I live on the other side of the city. The Dentists and Dental Hygienists are friendly and easy to talk to, it’s comforting when discussing your health and well-being.

My kids always have a great experience here. The Dental Assistants always take the time to listen to their requests, and answer all their questions.

I had a tooth ache for about 5 days and I finally called to get my tooth checked. Like most people, I’m not a huge fan of the dentist especially when I’m in pain. It turns out my tooth was cracked. I had 2 options; root canal that may result in an extraction or just an extraction. Dr. Nykoluk explained both options fully and she patiently answered ALL of my questions. I was super nervous but she made sure I was okay and comfortable throughout the entire procedure. She offered me a couple of breaks and went at my pace. No one loves getting a tooth pulled but Dr. Nykoluk and her team made the procedure not as unpleasant as I thought it was going to be. I would 100% recommend Dr. Nykoluk and her wonderful team to anyone!

They are absolutely amazing. I had both my kids with me. Chelsea the dental hygienist was very patient with us, made great conversation with my older son while working on my teeth, worked fast and efficiently, and of course made my teeth feel amazing again! This wasn’t the first time both kids have came but she definitely put me at ease through it all. Next time kids will be with dad! Happy to have found Odyssey Dental!

They made me feel less then human. Told me I had no coverage. And when I called to verify with my health plan they said I been covered since may 1st. As are my children but we got turned away the day we showed up after may 1st n just told we weren't covered. It was embarrassing n they had no compassion except one lady who pulled me aside to speak quietly to me. Not a great experience.

Everything went smoothly.
I am also happy with the (same day) referral, didn"t have to wait. Finally,
pain no more. Thank you to all staff.
