Unfortunately I will not be doing business here in the future. Picked up a very expensive seat yesterday. Told them I also need a chain, guy says stop in so I did. Lol their allen key "mechanics" told me they needed to diagnose my bike and refused to put a chain on, then said it would be more then I was told 20 bucks. Will be replacing that chain elsewhere. If I could put 0 stars I would.

Employee was somewhat helpful, but the owner is very rude! Won’t be going back anytime soon!

Offended. The customer service was appalling this morning. Phoned to ask if they had three specific items in stock before driving to the city from west of Stonewall. I was greeted with someone who showed me I was basically annoying them and wasting their time. They said that the person who deals with bmx bikes was in tomorrow and I should come then. I agreed that would be the best if I needed expert advice. However I was just looking for stock of parts for today. After getting no where I said okay I guess I'll come tomorrow, and was told that was "only common sense". When I challenged this statement as rude, they used the excuse that they hadn't even had their first morning coffee when they opened at 10am.

We then called the other Olympia location in West portage and had a excellent customer service experience! We have no problem supporting Olympia Cycle as a company however will never be going to or recommending the St. Mary's Rd location.

Recently had my bike serviced. Fantastic job. Two days ago I had left my bike locked outside and someone stole the quick release bolt from my front wheel. They couldn’t steal the wheel because it was locked with the great chain lock I purchased also from Olympia. But my front wheel was loose and I was late for work. Olympia opened the door early just to let me in and replace and install the bolt I needed. I’m so thankful for the kindness and assistance.

Excellent service and amazing products. We bought a bike for my son and couldn’t be happier. Thanks so much to Katherine for helping us find the perfect bike. I will be coming back for sure!

I am never disappointed with the service and the care they have for their riders. I ride all year round and they think about my safety first before anything else. I will be forever loyal.
