One Family Fitness Centre

Where do I start? This gym has had a huge impact on our lives. We joined together as a family of 4 with my 14-year-old daughter giving us the nudge. We visited about 6 gyms before we made the decision to make One Family Fitness our home. With the help of Dino and Kyla and frankly with all gym members and trainers because everyone supports each other and really makes it a comfortable safe space. I was of the mindset of “I don’t do gyms” to now saying “I want to go” and I’m 100% certain it’s the atmosphere at One Family Fitness that has changed my view!
Our family is still going strong 8 months in and counting. My blood work is finally normal. Dino is so knowledgeable, supportive and who knows.maybe one day I will say yes to a competition?

Professional atmosphere. Clean gym with all the necessary features. Not too busy and friendly knowledgeable staff.

Dino and Kyla are very welcoming and informative. We brought our kids so we could see the space and they immediately took to the playroom. This is a great gym for parents, especially those with little ones. The gym is small but still very spacious and not overcrowded. I'm super happy to now be part of this gym!

Awesome facility and super friendly staff. Being open 24hrs is great for people who are newer in fitness, not a lot of people there at certain times which is great for people who are not as comfortable in crowded gyms!

I tried coming to the gym on my brothers birthday (who also works out here) to avoid him for a day. Sadly the gym is so good he showed on his birthday as well.

Place is pretty great. I am currently here on my birthday. I never go to the gym on my birthday. It’s against my religion. But here I am. Praying at the church of iron. That’s what the environment of One Family Fitness does to you.

What makes this place so special is a true and honest commitment to the health of its community.

This is, by design, a much different location than the big box corporate gyms. A true sense of community exists here.

I've been a member in other "chain" gyms and they all have a cold feeling that left me without much desire or motivation to continue going. At One Family Fitness, it's a warm, clean and friendly environment. Everyone there, both staff and members are welcoming and there with the goal to support each other.

Lots of great equipment, more focused on weights and benches, but still have the necessary bands, mats, kettlebells, medicine balls, cycles, treadmills and fitness machines. Easily able to do all the workouts I need.

Very happy I've made the change!

It is an absolute shame that you are discriminating against people and going against the manitoba governments recommendation. My bf and I live close to this gym and we were excited to get memberships. Until I read your "requirements. " Too bad. Got a membership at snap fitness instead.

I’ve been going here for a month and a half and it’s an amazing gym. Very clean and well organized. Staff are professional, encouraging and friendly. Many members having been coming here for a long time which really shows how important the gym focuses on fostering long term healthy members. I train with Sarah and this woman is a god sent. Other trainer and the owner are super welcoming and knowledgeable about fitness. There really is something for everyone even if you want to come in lift and leave. Their 24/7 access with a super affordable monthly rate is a major +. I have recommended them to friends and and family and will continue to.

Love the fact that this business is continuing to keep safety measures in place beyond the political decisions made to withdraw early when the health care system is clearly not ready. All of this to keep their customers and staff safe and comfortable!

Sure had no problem taking money from everyone on Go Fund me during time when their business was closed. Now those who supported Dino's business and donated are considered second class citizens bcs of their medical choices. Kind of ironic for someone who claims Fitness is Essential. Shame on you Dino!

I’ve been working out here for a couple of months and it’s been absolutely fantastic. Great atmosphere led by a great team. Appreciate the additional measures to make members feel safe!

Love the gym, love the family gym vibe. Love the owner, he’s a funny guy. I love that everybody knows everybody! Love the equipment at the gym too! Everything is top notch!

This gym is what i think about when i think of the perfect gym. I started going there at the start of July and didn't regret it. The energy in the gym is awesome, the gym maintains all desired machines and equipment's, and everyone treats you as family there. Coach Tony was my trainer there and he is just awesome, he was eager to help and will take time with you. Also he understands what you are striving for and he WILL get you there and further, while having fun. I will definitely be returning for round two.

One Family Fitness Centre stands by their name! Those who have walked in the gym felt that sense of belongingness and inclusivity. Especially for parents such as myself who would like to stay active, One Family made it accessible to bring little ones and they could be supervised during staff hours. Also the gym offers affordable membership, available coaching/personal training on individualized fitness goals (may it be bodybuilding, power lifting, endurance training, etc.), and 24/7 gym access. You get to know the owners and personal trainers who has great rapport and working relationships with their clients and make you feel like your family! Grateful to be part of #TeamOneFamily!

Great to see a family owned neighbourhood gym with personal trainers. Lots of parking and no ice cream in sight.

Great place to work out, nice staff, decent equipment and an all around friendly atmosphere. Have been a member over a year, the 24/7 access is convenient and has allowed me the tools to improve my fitness at a decent price. Would recommend to anyone looking to get fit.

A great added feature, that most gyms do not offer, is that they welcome your children with a safe designated area to play while you work out.

The moment I walked in I felt at home. This fitness centre is not intimidating, there is always someone to help when I am unsure of how to use the equipment, everyone is friendly, and makes you feel at home. The trainers are great, each has their own style and personality, so there is someone to suit everyone. One of the best investment I have made to stay healthy!

I started working out at One Family Fitness a few months ago and I love it! I was given a rundown on the use of each piece of equipment which was really helpful for someone just getting back into working out. Whether you want a more interactive, social workout or just to plug in and grind it out this is the place to go!

Having the family room is the #1 reason I’m able to go to the gym. Friendly people, great trainers!

This really is a Family Fitness facility. Last week when I was working out-there was a dad and his daughter, women ranging from Grandmas, young moms and young adults including my daughter -all at different phases of our fitness journey - everyone friendly and welcoming. Efficient space - 6 stations for deadlifts and squats; knowledgeable, friendly staff and great philosophy. Dino has done it right!

Dino’s gym is excellent as it offers good weight training equipment, bikes, treadmills in a positive, bright and supportive environment. The trainers: Jeff, Jen, Mercedes and Dino are AMAZING as they demonstrate true love for the work they do and make every training session tough yet fun! The sense of community is overwhelming- as demonstrated by the monthly potlucks Dino and his wife put on for members! I never enjoyed going to the gym, until now. Thanks!

I have been a member for 6+ weeks now and I have finally have found the gym and the training program that I have been looking for. @bodymeasure recommended One Family Fitness Centre after my first DEXA scan and I haven't looked back since. The gym is always accessible and it is always super clean and organized. @topcoachdino has provided me with all of the tools that I need to reach my fitness goals and the accountability that I require to succeed. I am very very happy with my decision to join the gym and I am looking forward to my follow-up DEXA scan to see the changes!

Joined the gym this past December and am very happy with it. Dino and Jen have been very supportive and provide me with pointers when I’m doing something incorrectly. Other thing I quite like is the size of the gym. You get to know everyone which makes the experience a little more enjoyable and less intimidating.

Love this gym! The staff is always warm and friendly. I go first thing in the morning and there are quite a few people there, but it's never hard to get a machine, or to get the weights you need.

What you get is an excellent no-frills gym where you can get your workout done without any fuss or muss. It may not be everyone's cup of tea, but for me, it's perfect!

It’s really a family fitness experience. Everybody is warm and welcoming. Comfortable space, always clean and have all the equipments you need. Dino is patient and will help you achieve whatever fitness goals you plan on achieving. He’s passionate, respectful and very knowledgeable about his craft.

Great gym and training. Excellent environment too. Most important, I've kept coming back and I'm healthier for it. Working out has helped bring my blood pressure down from 149 over 95 to 125 over 82 on my last visit to the doctor. Keep up the good work Dino and all of the Family.

I have been going to this gym for about 4 months now and I have really appreciated the small gym atmosphere filled with comfort and friendliness. The owners and trainers at the gym are very well trained and are doing an excellent job of getting me to the physical level that I am looking for. Highly recommended from me.

Great environment, has everything you need for a complete workout and more. Can be busy on Tuesday evenings but it's never really an issue (in my experience). Staff is always there if you have questions or need someone to spot you.

This gym is just prefect! My friends told me to go check it out, I had been to the big box gyms, to crowded, no one to help. I walked into
One Family Fitness Centre and knew I had found the place for me, prefect size, has all the workout equipment needed to do everything, staff is always available and willing to help! Other members are very friendly, this place really makes you feel like you’re just at home and people just come over to work out with you, has a kids room so no need to worry about leaving the kids at home or missing a workout! Super great location! I live in Île Des Chênes and work in Winnipeg stop at the gym on the way home and close enough to come back at night!

This place is great because it’s clean and the people here are nonjudgmental! I also love that my family goes here and coach Dino is always around to help out with my workouts!

I started coming here after over a year of not going to the gym, the owner was welcoming and introduced me to the trainers and regulars. Everyone is so friendly here and the atmosphere is very positive. Always clean, open 24/7, great trainers and equipment. If you are considering this gym just show up, you won’t regret it!
