Very small serving of calamari, not as good as the other branches.just look for another fast-food stall.

Stopped by to pick up food for lunch and tried their new menu item the Celebration Meal. Perfect amount of food with the chicken gyro on top of some fries as well as the Greek salad and the flavors paired well with each other. Quick and efficient and would definitely stop by again whenever I’m craving Greek food!

I believe an order from Skip the Dishes would be easy to follow. But they missed my drink from the ordered and charged me for it. Would need a reimbursement for this

I wanted the plate meal that says gyro on it. They don’t come with a gyro. There’s no bread or pita. So I asked for a pita to be added and they wanted 4$ and some change for a piece of pita lol. False advertising and they over charge.

Good location. Business is located closed to entrance on second floor inside food court. I personally (I think most of us) like food to be cooked and served hygienically. And top of the that if I mention that wash hand and change gloves I want to be done. So guys make sure it is done. With the covid just passed its serious business. Bit of politeness and assurance can make lot of difference. Price is ok and I agree with people about food quantity. I had falafel wrap.

Didn't get what I ordered. Ask the server to redoing my order it was still wrong.
Will not go there again.
I would give them -5stars if I could.
I hope the headquarters see this and train their employees properly.

Service was okay, the gentleman at the cash register was pleasant, but the people who were actually making the food had zero enthusiasm towards their work and looked like they just wanted to go home. Moreover, for fast food the service was quite slow. Additionally, one of the workers dropped one of the black olives making the Greek salads and had no intention of replacing it until I spoke up. For reference the first salad made had three black olives and the second would have also had three if he had not dropped one; thus the conclusion can be made that with the Opa platter a customer should expect three black olives in their meal.

In regards to the food itself it was alright, but I thought the rice portion was very small.

Opa is mediocre, and the rice tastes exactly like uncle Ben’s rice at Walmart. Salad was small and you aren’t given much food in general. Chicken is plain and serves you 5 tiny pieces on a stick. Only thing out of my dish that was good was the pita bread. Jimmy the Greek all the way

I ordered a chicken pita wrap meal yesterday for lunch and was disappointed to receive only a handful of fries, a pita bread and a chicken skewer for $17. I didn’t get a single vegetable with my order because the cashier was too focused on funnelling orders through quickly instead of order accuracy. I thought about going up to buy a salad so I could build my own sandwich but to pay up to another $10 to fix something that shouldn’t have needed to be fixed is ridiculous.

They’re on the edge of the food court, not being able to hear properly wasn’t the problem because the cashier had a full conversation in a different language with the employee next to him, with no problem.

I love this place!

I go probably once a week and order the shrimp pita. I love that they have shrimp as an option since many places don't offer that. Also, I appreciate the whole wheat pita options. I like how balanced the pita tastes, all the herbs and spices are in good balance and no flavour overwhelms the other.

My #1 choice at the Polo. There's a lot of healthy options. Definitely would recommend

Not a good experience at all. I am not sure why their quantity is ridiculously low compared to other OPA locations. I am a fan of veg falafel meal and tried at Kenaston location and also in other states. Never seen this type of quantity and service. Also, Every locations give extra tzatziki sauce if we ask. But this location is even charging for the extra sauce.

I didn't like it at all. I ordered a chicken slovakian, I couldn't eat it, it was too salty
