Like a lot of the Whiteshell, really in need of a sprucing up of the facilities. But it's understandable, given the lack of funding, the lack of workers, and some people's lack of respect for what is truly an amazing place. We as Manitoban's should be proud, to the point of boasting, that we have these "wild" spaces, and we should do a much better job of stewarding them.

This campground is very important to my family and I. It's a quieter and a lot more family orientated. The beach is smaller but still a great beach to go to and it's never over busy!

Very beautiful location. Campsites are small, close together. Very little privacy. Overall the family enjoyed themselves.

It's a nice quiet camp ground but the way the sites are designed there no privacy they are right along the road.

Probably quite a nice place to swim, camp and picnic, however on June 16,2022 the water level was extremely high.

Great camping spot. Site are private and large. Easy to bring big trailers. Grest for kids. Has a park rest rooms and showers.

Could use more electrical sites. But very clean and nice. Small sites, lots on slopes. Clean beaches, quiet.

Beautiful site. Friendly park staff. Washrooms didn't seemed to be cleaned daily, but the toilet paper was replenished.

Great campsite clean washrooms good showers could use some extra gravel in some sites as they were pretty.muddy when raining def recommend this campground! Nice beaches and friendly staff

The hidden gem of the Whiteshell we love it, the kids always have so much fun. Believe me your family won’t be disappointed. Sand beaches, trails for hiking, showers are hot, clean big bathrooms. Fun play ground for the kids

Beautiful campground on the Winnipeg River near Nutimik Lake. Sites along the waterway are scenic, in some cases up high along a rocky cliff. Other sites can be very small, read descriptions carefully before booking.

I love this place, staff is very friendly! Been coming here for 16years now! Enjoy it everytime I come!

Opapiscaw lake is one of the most beautiful places in Manitoba. Absolutely lowe this place. Campground is great for family get away whether you staying in the tent or RV.

Our camp site was booked online, it showed a normal looking site however the sight was tiny, barley enough room to set up tent on the side the road. As we walked around there are nicer sites their but no way to tell what your gonna get from their site. We asked for a different site and they said no. Also there was a very strong sewer smell near the washrooms and the showers were pay by the minute.

Very nice place in day time and night time very big mosquitos if these mosquitoes bite it will be itchy and painful for whole week be careful
