I sent my mother flowers for Christmas and she LOVED them! I called Osborne Florist to make sure they could do a custom bouquet for me that included yellow roses (mom's favourite) and when she recieved them she was delighted that the flowers were so fresh and some lilies had not yet bloomed. I will definitely be calling this florist again!

Somewhat disappointed in the experience. There was a lot of confusion around when the delivery was to take place and for $120 overall cost, I was hoping for more than a bouquet of 'mostly mums'

She said the red and white flowers were beautiful. Perhaps, next time since I live in another province you could send me a picture of the arrangement prior to delivery this way I can see what she is getting when we speak to each other. She does not have any social media to share. I should have asked you in advance to take a picture of the arrangement.

I order a Christmas gift basket online for delivery Dec 23rd. I also called and ask that they omit items containing nuts as my son has a serious nut allergy. They were extremely flexible and accommodating of my request. The gift basket was great, containing many local items, no nuts and my son’s favourite chocolates. It was delivered on time and the family was very pleased with it.

Yes, after a delivery mix-up, Tom & Suzette did receive their Christmas centerpiece a day late, but they, too, said it was beautiful! An unfortunate delivery error, but Osborne Florist sorted it out & I appreciate that! N. Johnston

If there was an option for 0 stars I would leave. I requested for a phone call before delivery. They chose to leave the flowers outside on the step when they delivered without talking to anyone. Flowers obviously froze

The lavender roses were lovely. I ordered a balloon and it didn’t arrive so that sucks. And when I tried to track the flowers they weren’t sure where they were. Eventually the flowers made it but I paid for a balloon that wasn’t delivered and I’m pretty disappointed. Probably won’t use this florist again.

The online ordering was great for the selection, and fast Reponses to my order, What needs work is the Delivery, I was given a email that my order had been delivered but turned out it was 30 mins late.it almost ruined my surprise for my wife. If I get a notification about it being deliver, then i hope it would be done at that time not 30 mins.later. Other than that it was an amazing arrangement. & my wife loves it. Thank you
