Good food, basic but good breakfast menu. Custom service needs a lot of improvements. For example a hostess complain to another coworker that I was an entitled customer for simply asking the question.
Talked to the manager Frank Peters and he about what happened and he claimed that he would talk to her but told me it happens and I need to be more understanding.

We have had good service here in the past but today my spouse didn’t tell our server there was a long hair in his burger, I mentioned it after I paid our bill (because it wasn’t about getting a deal) and the waitress didn’t understand or pretended not to. She ignored me after she put payment through

The server was ok could have been a little friendlier and smile. I was quit a bit disappointed of just getting corn as a vegetable side and only one medium size chicken breast also the salat was hard to eat because of such big pieces of tomato and lettuce leaves. Pretty pricey for what i received but the atmosphere is incredibly.

Service was really nice, food was pretty basic, I had the reuben and it was probably the smallest one I've ever seen, curly fries are fun but out of a bag.

Have had breakfast there on numerous occasions, on way to winnipeg.very convenient and very tasty food for a good price.will surely stop there again.

The host barely acknowledged us, no greeting or smile. From when she seated us, brought our drinks and took payment at the end she made no attempt to make conversation or be friendly. Awful customer service.
The Breakfast was ok, and the server was nice & friendly.

The burgers are delicious, same with the french toast, two of my personal favorites. Even when they were busy they had seats for us, and gave us our food within a decent time frame.

Today service was slow and took forever to get our food. My pan fries were stone cold when I got my breakfast

Super slow service. Waited almost an hour to get our food after being seated. Frazzled wait staff and overall very poor service. Not likely to be back

Been going here for a long time, the food is always tasty and the atmosphere is very cozy. Thanks Frank and staff!

We went, were seated and then ignored for 15 minutes. People seated after us were spoken three times while the servers walked right past us, even after we closed the menus. We got up and left. Feeling completely invisible in the middle of a restaurant isn't really how I want to eat my meal.

We go here often for breakfast and the service is good for the most part and food is always on point.

Looks out for their delivery customers! Special thank you to Faith, who gave me a phone call when she noticed my food hadn't been picked up yet, and got in contact with the delivery service for me! Staff made sure my food was remade before sending it out to me.

Excellent breakfast, lunch and supper menus! Great homemade like food! Definite yes to the dress! LoL

Had a classic breakfast was delicious, service was good and great setting for family restaurant

We went with 4 couples and had a blast. The food (most of us had burgers, some had ribs) was great, and good sized portions. The service was awesome.

The service is great but the food quality of my breakfast was not. Potatoes had been on the warmer for long enough to make them hard and chewy. The bacon has shriveled in size since my last time there. Asked for grilled tomatoes as a substitute for toast. They came tasting a little of cinnamon. Likely cinnamon bun had been grilled on that spot. The coffee was great!

Food deserves 5 stars, waited for an hour for a table "I don't mind waiting for a table" but when there's 3 tables of locals sitting not eating just drinking coffee. They were seated when I got there and were still sitting there an hour later showing no signs of finishing up. Foods great, locals ignorant.
