Paladin Security Winnipeg

I live in Manitoba housing and Palladino security provides security at the door 24/7. They're not always there and some riff Raff do get in but generally they get the job done. They're relatively friendly, but they're on their cell phones on WhatsApp alot. Calling home I suppose as most if not all of them are new immigrants.

It was my honor to work with Paladin. The management is very professional and they will treat their employees fairly.

It's been 2 years I have been working in Paladin security services I have never imagined I would be able to get promoted twice. The seniors and the office management are super cooperative when you are performing your job well. Getting promoted can only be possible in Paladin because over there promotions are given on behalf of your performance, not by seniority. I will definitely encourage others to apply for jobs in Paladin.

This company will hire anyone that will fit in one of their clown suits, the training is embarrassing, Thor Goodmanson and Margaret Morlock are the head Clowns that were fired from G4s security because they are incompetent clowns, STAY AWAY!

Theses guys were parked outside the Niakwa golf course entrance. There was a porter poty in flames behind them in the ditch. After being informed, they proceeded pretend to call 911 only to drive away and park further up the road instead of actually reporting the fire. The home owner finally came out and made the call but seriously, what are you there for? After the fire truck came any put the huge fire out, I left. Saw these two sitting in their suv, enjoying the scenery, then promptly left when being videoed.

Stupid management faced a lot of discrimination while working with this company remove from site without any significant fault and without any clear explanation, zero job security

Paladin is a great company but they have new staff member named Sachin. He is so unprofessional and bossy.

We had such a horrible experience at RBC convention centre at 1am in the night. The person on security desk was the most rude human being ever met. Absolutely not helpful. I wonder how do they justify their job as a security guard.

WORST SECURITY SERVICE EVER EXPERIENCED!
1am at night I was stuck with my 9yr old boy in a horrible situation at RBC convention centre (Winnipeg) and the lady who called herself as a security guard should be ashamed of herself. She was so rude and unprofessional. Just ignored our situation and cared least about us.

Worst management ever, don't know how to treat security guards, specially their mobile guards, really unprofessional, they are so rude, that's why no union nothing, worst scheduling, favouritism.
They treat themselves like police cop guards, bruh there is a difference between police and security. Lol
Never replied yo text back not even calls.
Crosses line with security sometimes if guards fight back fire. Lol
They will not consider your hardwork just blame your for everything, stupid and fake reasoning to remove or fire you from the company.
No union nothing, guards please know your basic workplace rights especially female guards say no to anykind of violence and speak yourself.
