Went for lunch buffet and there's a lot of empty trays. I was told they will refill but never did.

Sat in there for over 25 mins before they took our orders and gave us water etc. Other patrons who came after us got their orders taken first. Even then, the service was very slow and terrible. Food was meh. Would not recommend. Would rather spend elsewhere next time.

Super slow service. Place is also run down and dirty. Rather spend my money at Mar’s Sisig. Taste is much better there

Had like 4 pieces of beef and the rest rice. Finished the beef and was left with rice and a slice of an orange. Myrnas doesnt cheap out on the beef so id say your money is better spent there.

One of the best Filipino Silog (fried rice with different combinations) foods in Winnipeg.

We like eating Filipino breakfast at Pampanga. You get value for your money especially at today's rising prices. Their tuyosilog (our favorite) is yummy and you get 5 pcs tuyo, two fried eggs & fried rice with garlic for a combo at $7.99 + taxes.
If you like good, reasonably priced Filipino breakfast, go to Pampanga Restaurant!

Favorite place for lumpia, pancit, fried cod with sweet and sour, and good bbq. Usually do catering. It can feed an army. Only place I trust with catering.

Not requesting but threatening that we should wear a mask even though Manitoba has removed all the mask requirements

Horrible please! They threaten skip drivers and DoorDash driver very bad restaurant.customer service is terrible.

Recently had my sister's 18th debut here, and I have to say, it's an amazing place to hold a big party. Everyone that came to the debut had all positive feedback about it. Staff were very nice and friendly, food was very tasty, and the servers were all 10/10 with their service! 100% recommend!

It is very terrible restaurant. Very dirty places. Our fish was not fresh and had a disgusting smell and was not edible. Don't waste money here.

Friendly staff, quality breakfast huge fan of this joint. The breakfast with tocino and eggs with that awesome garlic rice is breakfast perfection. The langoniza is also just delicious you can't lose. I daydream about this meal.

Their standards are low. The tosino is dry; they use the cheapest brand of rice; the vinegar sauce is just plain vinegar with no chillies or garlic; the veggies are not fresh. I took a bite out of the orange slice and it was dry and fermented, It literally tasted of alcohol. Will never order food from here.

Great food, great staff. Owners are very nice. Really nice banquet area, I highly recommend them.
