I will give you one star due to the short wait at the walk-in.but of course it is painfully obvious why the wait is so short.

Waste of time going to this clinic, it is not a walk-in clinic, it advertises that it is on the wall, but it is not a walk-in clinic. I was there first thing in the morning first person in there, and I was told the doctor wouldn’t be in till after 10 o’clock even though the clinic opens at nine and then I was told it could be 23 hours if I could see somebody maybe. Maybe, ridiculous.

This place should be shut down. Found a woman today face down on the sidewalk with a head injury from falling and hitting her head. No more than 10 houses away from this clinic, so we tried to get her some help at this clinic, but they wouldn't let her in. So, we waited outside the clinic until the ambulance showed up. You should be ashamed of yourselves

I am fully satisfied with the services and treatments rendered to the patient. The staffs are very courteous and cooperative and helpful.

My family doctor was Dr Buyan, i went in to get a prescription for a knee x-ray. The receptionist (an early 40s East Indian guy) gave me a lecture right there for the fact that I didn't go to their clinic for a PAP test.
Next to me was an elderly lady who told me that her inhaler was not working the night before, shortly after, the receptionist came out with a prescription, handed to the lady.she then asked how was it possible to get a prescription without seeing the DR. The receptionist told her in front of us that she can take the Rx or leave that he communicated her symptoms to the DR and was given that RX.
Frustrated, she grabbed the RX and told the receptionist that she was going to report them because 1- she didn't get to see a DR, 2- That Dr prescribed the same inhaler that brought her to the clinic. Since that day i never returned.

It's like Receptionist is the doctor there, first patients need to explain everything to him.

The doctors are very courteous and respectful. The female doctor even wanted to know if I was comfortable with her being my doctor. This clinic is always open to Walk-In patients.

It took two hours to be seen through the walk in when there were only three people ahead of me and one appointment.

The doctor is condescending, arrogant. When I explained what happened to me and how I felt, she was very impatient, didn't let me finish. Every time I spoke more than 5 words, she would interrupt me.

I really don't enjoy how the receptionist wants to know the details of my visit for the with the doctor despite my personal medical information being confidential. Had to tell him all the details to why I came) not very fun when it is private reasons

Giving one star just for the reception. The lady doctor is veryy rude. Very very very rude. I had three problems to discuss. For the first one she just clearly told me to see another doctor. She did not hear my problem to the fullest and gave me a prescription. For the last problem (that other doctors recommended antibiotics), she says”I dont know what you are talking about, this is how body works” and she just ran out of the room aggressively opening the curtain. I was not given any chance to respond.
Not coming back here again!

Went to see doctor for my stomach. Went through all Covid screening questions. Did a temp check. At end of questions receptionist asked if I’m vaccinated. I said. No. He asked why. Said personal. He went to doctor and came back and said I have to have a negative Covid test first. I lost it. Said I am healthy. Temp fine. No Covid symptoms. Here for my diverticulitis. I said you are refusing me because I’m not vaccinated? He wouldn’t answer me. So I said say it to my face the truth. He wouldn’t. I went to Dakota medical and they didn’t even ask me. Nor they said they would refuse me if I was or not. Do not go here. Discrimination. If they are vaccinated they have nothing to worry about. It was plain discrimination. Also they take a oath to help people. I was left shocked and angered.

Very unprofessional Dr with horrible bedside manners. Makes you feel uncomfortable with any medical issues that you have and constantly feeling judged. I have left this office in tears for being treated poorly more than once. She should not be in this profession.

I went to the walk-in with severe ear pain. The reception staff was pleasant but had to be corrected as they called me by my wife’s nam after registering. I was lead to an exam room where a petite East Indian lady “doctor” came in. I explained my ear pain in great detail, she looked in my ear for 2 seconds max and advised I was fine. She offered me Advil and sent me on my way. The pain continued and as a result I went to see another doctor who immediately recognized that I had a severe mid-ear infection. She administered IV antibiotics and sent me home with an extremely high dose of oral antibiotics and ear drop antibiotics. She recommended I attend a hospital emergency or urgent care facility if the pain continues or worsens Very upset with the lack of knowledge and patient care shown by this doctor. I would NOT recommend this clinic to anyone. Hopefully I don’t suffer permanent damage as a result of their negligence the only reason they get 1 star is the sight won’t allow zero stars

Belittling, unprofessional, rude, condescending, and judgmental.

One of the worst experience ever, not only was the receptionist unprofessional and rude. I expected more from the doctor herself, but to my surprise, my encounter with the doctor was worst. I expected a certain level of professionalism, but left very disappointed. I am forced to go another clinic as nothing was resolved after my consultation.

This place will not see unvaccinated people. Drs took a oath to help people in need! Don't go here these Dr is tyrnacial!

This is the worst walk-in you can go to, the doctor has no compassion or people skills for that matter. She is very rude, and doesn’t care at all. If I could give this place a negative rating, I would x100.

This woman should not be working as a doctor! She was no help and refused important exams using covid as an excuse, wasting my time and possibly leaving my health at risk, and still getting paid for doing absolutely nothing! Dont waste your time going here! I cant even believe all these reviews and she is still working. I was telling her about certain symptoms that are serious and she brushed it off saying that there is nothing I can do about it and I should just live with it! Terrible terrible service.

Refused to see my son on weekend who recently turned 18. Told him since he wasn’t double vaccinated he would have to take a covid before being seen and come back when results were negative. Shame on you. This clinic was our go to since you opened your doors a few years ago! He had a mouth infection and needed medication.

My son might have walked out being in pain being a new adult shocked he was being refused medical treatment in Winnipeg, Canada but you haven’t seen his mother yet.

I’ve called for the practices contact and your policies. No response.

Dr. Bhuiyan has a really bad attitude. Do not waste your time going here. I felt like I was being lectured by the discipline school teacher.

Very bad doctor. She makes her front desk staff do all the work for her. Makes little to no eye contact. Been here multiple times and not once has she ever asked if I have any other questions or concerns about anything. And usually at the end she doesn't says thank you or have a good day or anything she just looks at her computer and doesn't say anything. It's like a guessing game of when your suppose to leave or if she is still looking up something for whatever your in for.

I never write reviews for locations but I feel this is important enough that people should know what they're getting into.

I called and inquired about getting my second vaccination at this clinic, the receptionist was generally helpful, told me they may be able to squeeze me in that afternoon. They talked to the pharmacist and turns out they didn't have any doses left for the day. A little disappointing, but understandable. I was then told I could get in on Friday or Monday, and they'd call me back, which sounded fine to me.

I then waited for a call, and after not receiving one on Thursday, I figured I'd call in to see if there was any updates on whether I'd be vaccinated tomorrow, or Monday. So, I called in and inquired. The interaction went as follows: They told me "If we had a vaccine for you we would've called you", they complained that the Manitoba government was screwing up vaccine distribution, they frequently sighed into the phone as if they were disinterested in helping me. They looked up my name on their vaccination list and told me it had not been written down and that I should book an appointment with a different clinic. I told them I would do so.

A day later, the clinic calls me again, and I do not pick up. I can only imagine the call was to confirm a vaccination appointment, otherwise why would they call me? This means that this clinic lied to me on at least one occasion, and led me on to think I would be vaccinated soon. Even if they were suddenly able to get me in on Friday, I wouldn't trust them to do so with how unprofessional the staff were.

I would not trust this clinic, and looking at other reviews, I shouldn't have trusted them in the first place.

I've thought about posting a review like this and/or submitting a formal complaint about this doctor for a long time but didn't think it was worth the effort. Ultimately I just don't want my experience to happen to anyone else. I saw Dr. Bhuiyan about four years ago at a different clinic while I was living in Winnipeg. She was by far the worst, most dismissive family doctor I have ever encountered. I saw her about a specific issue that was causing me pain. She completely gaslit me and told me it was "normal. " I reiterated that it was painful and she just kept repeating "it's normal. " I later moved to Alberta, got a new doctor and discovered that, no, it wasn't normal, and I actually needed SURGERY. I see from the other reviews that a lot of the negative experiences with this doctor are being dismissed as being due to Covid-19. They are not. This person was a terrible doctor long before the pandemic and should not be working in healthcare in literally any capacity.

This is the worst clinic I have visited in Winnipeg, the doctor is totally not interested in patients, I was talking to her trying to get help and she was looking away busy doing something else and she said to me I can not solve all your problems go and help yourself. I did some blood tests and they said they will call in 3 days but they never called me, I had to call them after 12 days to ask for feedback and they said we have your results come over, and I asked why they did not call me and all they could say was we were going to. No wonder why the clinic is always empty. I went there twice, I ddnt see any other patient there, it was just me.

Worst clinic ever! The doctor had no intention nor intrest also gave me the wrong prescription. Ended up going to the hospital to be properly examined

Had a great experience with Panacea Medical Clinic. Really amazed with their service, time management, discipline and dedication. I was blessed to have some skilfull hands there. I recommend this highly for others as well.

Panacea medical clinic is one of the best service and the staff are very kind and caring. Specially Dr. Bhuiyan is very helpful to the patient.
She will do his best to treat her patient. Highly recommend to go there.
Another good things pharmacy attached with clinic & they have there own delivery team.
Over all it’s a great place for health care.
